Location. If you are with small kids, beware, it is on the hill.

The apt is great, nice hosts, you also get breakfast. Very nice yard, though we were in a bad season to enjoy it.

Not much but the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but it is not bad. The bed-sheets could be newer as they were obviously old but they were 100% clean. We had to walk up the hill to get there :D but that is how Karlovy Vary is built.

The accommodation is a bit outside of the center so it is quite but walking distance if you want to get somewhere. Hospitality was great and the breakfast pleasantly surprised me. We spoke Czech and Slovak so not sure about foreign languages.

Very clean and nicely kept rooms. This was not very far from the city center, only around 10 min. of walk. The parking is on the street and for free and it is easy to find space there. The best part was the Breakfast, the landlady took care to arrange everything on the Breakfast table in a very orderly fashion and put everything that one could need. The Landlord is very happy to give helpful advices on where to go/ visit and what can be done in the city and around. Quite recommendable!!

the wifi signal in the room is very weak and keeps disconnecting, so you basically can't use Internet in your room.

the owners are very friendly, helpful, and flexible. you have to walk uphill to reach this place, but it's in a nice area.

The location is not very good. On the one hand it is not far from city center (actually in Karlovy Vary there is no place which would be far from it =). But the hotel (actually it is a house) is on the hill

Very friendly hosts. The room was nice, big enough, contains fridge and teakettle. Parking is free right in front of the entrance.

The host did not seem very aware of public transport of the town. He told us there are no buses to reach the main market area, whereas we found a direct bus that took us easily from hotel to the spa we had booked.

Clean room, great quality of sleep, nice garden. Breakfast was great too. Owner was helpful with maps and helped with taxi booking too.

The white rolls were a little dry, but the fresh cut bread was great.

It was only 8 Min. walking to the middle of town down the hill. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Very clean and comfortable room. Car parkling place on the street outside. Very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Karlsbad.

    We enjoyed absolutely everything!

We really enjoyed our stay thanks to the hospitality and friendliness of the hosts! Though the house is situated on the hill (so getting back to it from the city centre will help you to keep fit :), it's really close to the city centre (about 5-7 minutes). Wi-fi connection worked great in our room. The breakfasts are really nice (the dining room where we had breakfast is very cozy). There is also a beautiful garden there. The hosts speak Russian.

My fiancé and I had a lovely stay at A. Dalia. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Short walk to the main spa area. Good restaurant nearby (specializes in local game meat). Plus, a fantastic breakfast each morning! (depending on the day, we enjoyed: eggs, cheese, meats, bread w/ honey/jam, homemade yogurt, etc) We would absolutely stay again!

    - the rooms could use an upgrade (the house is a bit oldish on the inside)

    - friendly family -wifi available everywhere - nice garden and location (a bit up the hill but close to city center)

Very clean, hearty breakfast, comfy bed and good duvet & pillow, free wifi, street parking but never had a problem getting a close spot, very quiet, lots of hot water, satellite TV, location is perfect for walkers - a short walk through a forest track takes you to the Spa district or down town, good Czech restaurant half a block away, very interesting well travelled helpful and informative host - tell him your travel plans for great tips and suggestions for sites and restaurants.

The Wi-Fi connection could be better. Inside the rooms upstairs the connection is not very good, if you go outside into the hall it's much better.

The location is great! although it is outside of the center, on top of the sidehill, you only need 8-10 minutes down to the center of Karlovy Vary. If you go downtown for the first time, you can additionally enjoy a beautiful view all over the city. The rooms upstairs are very nice and clean. The breakfast was alright. I would definitely book this pension again, if I visit Karlovy Vary again.

It is a lovely house in quiet place close to the center. Room was comfortable with enough space and large bathroom. Breakfast is simple but good.
