Poor breakfast assortment. Tried to get a drink in the hotel bar in the afternoon, there was no barman.

Easy to reach from the airport or city center as the tram stop is around the corner. Friendly staff.

A small critique would be the lack of consistent communication among staff, and between staff and management. For instance, there's a Happy Hour offer advertised on the hotel website, but the staff mentioned that the offer was valid only in 2024. In another instance, one of the reception employees told us that sauna usage is charged @250 CZK for 2 hours, while another employee mentioned that the fee covers just an hour of usage. Would thereby recommend better and consistent communication throughout.

Carpet in the room is weird? It looks worn or stained?

The staff, Paul, is superb. Very chatty and ensures that the breakfast is constantly replenished. The breakfast is excellent. Lots of variety. On reception Kebir was exceptionally helpful printing out castle tickets and giving directions

We truly had the nicest stay. The staff was kind, especially the receptionists. The room was clean and nice, there was attention to details. Breakfast was really good, with a satisfying variety of foods, both sweet and not. The hotel is also located near the bus station and 5 minutes from the subway.

The location is really nice. its in the Karin neighborhood, its quiet and lots of cafe/restaurant are around. Staffs are very friendly and polite. Deluxe room was spacious and well equipped. the breakfast was standard with hot/cold selections.

Breakfast was quite small and the same every single day, so even by the second day it felt pretty depressing. Though, what was there was okay. The room also didn’t feel fully clean: the shower head had limescale, and there were spiderwebs on the windows. Nothing major, but still noticeable. Wouldn't say the location is perfect, it's still quite far from the center, though tram stop is 100m away, which is great

Staff was really nice, especially women at the reception. Hotel parts which were renovated were beautiful, nice chill area in the bar.

Nice hotel, perfect location near to subway, with lots of dining options nearby (restaurants, pubs, coffee, fast foods). Good breakfast as a bonus. Need to mention friendly staff.

Everything is good here. Quiet rooms, great breakfast, staff super friendly and super accommodating hotel. I loved my stay and 100% recommend. My big thanks to Yulia (I think that’s was her ) that was super helpful and let us check in earlier. - an angel!!

There was a pungent sewer smell coming up from the shower recess that dissipated after a shower, I assumed this was due to old pipes. The staff were aware of the problem.

I really can’t say because my stay was perfect! Everyone I met at the hotel was very polite, nice and friendly.

The staff from checking in, breakfast staff, were very helpful and nice. They were all very respectful and did everything to ensure your stay was comfortable. The concierge also spent a lot of time with me to help me get around and restaurant suggestions. I loved my room it had everything I needed and more. It’s on a quiet street and tons of great restaurants nearby.
