The location of the hotel was superb and ideal for exploring Prague after a very generous serving of breakfast. The best of three different hotels I have used in Prague in the past 20 years.

No Iron or Tea facilities in the room. Paid in full before arrival, but was asked to pay 100 euro room deposit. I was travling with my son (not on a Stag do) what did they think I was going to do?

Excellent location within the old town, a short walk from the town square. Really enjoyed the breakfast, good choice of food.

One front stuff lady gave us a hard time about late checkout. We had to go down in the morning to set up the late checkout and then went back to sleep to be later woken up by the phone. She said we had to check out at the original time after we had just paid for late checkout. Apparently she forgot or didn’t check well. This defeated the purpose of a late checkout since we couldn’t sleep in

There was an issue with one of the rooms allocated not being available due to previous guests not having checked out & this caused us some problems for our first night, although this was rectified the next day. The lack of a coffee machine or kettle in the rooms was something of a disappointment as not all of our party wanted to be or were capable of being out all day & so spent a fair bit of time in their rooms. For less able bodied travelers it's worth noting that there a few steps between reception and the lifts.

Breakfast was good with a decent variety of options including cold, hot, sweet and savory items. The location couldn't be much better being right in the heart of Prague. The staff on the whole were helpful and pleasant. The rooms were cleaned to a good standard and beds made up every day.

Credit card is balanced for safety with the mini bar. Breakfast is really standard, no salmon for that price unbelievable. Only one television in a two bedroom room. No coffee machine in the room. High price per night.

The Location in the city center is great, just at the main attractions.

The hotel is pretty dated and looks rough around the edges with frayed carpets and dull lighting. The service during breakfasts was not overly accommodating with the younger staff standing around chatting, waiters reaching across guests who were still eating to clear others’ plates. Not a big deal, but noticeable. Did not love that several times over our three nights the strip bar next door had bouncers loudly advertising while my mother-in-law and teenage son were walking by.

The hotel is right in the heart of the main strip so there was action all the time with lots to see and do, but our rooms were at the back in a quiet area of the hotel which was much appreciated. The breakfasts were good and added value to our stay. The receptionists/concierges made checking and checkout easy.

It was a last minute booking, so it was more expensive than I wanted. We also had to agree to a substantial “deposit” in case of breakage or use of the minibar. The bathroom was equipped with a high-sided tub that was difficult to get in and out of and had no shower, just a handheld water head. People with mobility problems should be aware that it’s necessary to go up some steps to get to the elevator, and in some cases, it’s necessary to go up and down other steps to reach your room after the elevator. Finally, if your room faces Wenceslas Square, you will probably hear people and music most of the night. It didn’t bother us, but it might bother some people.

The room was BIG and the location close to Mustek Metro Station was very convenient. Breakfast was an ample spread of hot and cold foods, breads, and pastries. The staff were pleasant.

We only had a bath with a shower head in our room, no free standing shower. The staff at the bar were a little rude to us when ordering a drink and wanting to pay by card as opposed to cash.

The location of the hotel was 10/10 - in the centre of everything. Our room was very spacious and we requested a double bed which we got. We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the Christmas Markets.

There is no air conditioning but if you travel on autumn or spring opening the windows will do the job (there is a heating battery in the room, so I guess it works in winter)

The rooms are beautiful and big, the bathroom is good as well. In our room there was a standing shower as well as a Jacuzzi bath. The placement of the hotel is in the center of the central square, so at night and early mornings it can get pretty loud. But everything is very close to the hotel. The rooms were clean and the stuff was nice and helpful. There’s a possibility to leave the luggage after check out. In addition the breakfasts were tasty but not a lot to choose from. in our room there was a standing shower as well as a Jacuzzi bath.

There is no water heater or any kind of coffee in the room, there is no air conditioning in the hotel, the bed is hard, the mattresses are worn out, and the bathroom floor needs cleaning. The view of the water pipes and drainage is strange

The bed we got had an incline and it was quite annoying to sleep on the 2 person bed. Luckily we had the separated bed also. We had to ask the receptionist to tell the cleaning services to go to our room. I would expect cleaning services to come without being called..

The location was amazing, close to everything. Staff was nice and the hotel was pretty clean.
