Staff were very helpful when there was a mistake in the room allocation. We loved the wellness room we ended up in, and the facilities in the wellness area were fantastic. Location is lovely, tucked up in the hill away from the town. We wish we stayed for longer!

The lady at the check in seemed tired and wasn’t very friendly. Breakfast has quite small selection.

The room had a lot of space and the bed was great. Spa was amazing and we were lucky to be the only ones there. Lovely staff at the restaurant.

It seems that it was permitted to smoke before there, or guests smoked in the rooms cause it is a separate building. We could feel the old smell in common spaces, but not to that extend that it was unbearable. We are very sensitive to it! Opened the window right away and it was fine after.

We stayed at the separate building for a night, it is classic guesthouse with rooms, clean and comfortable. Though some wooden furniture needs to be taken care of, we liked the room and all facilities, it was cosy for us + those room rates are cheaper. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot! It was delicious!

Great service at the restaurant, as well as in Wellness area. Comfortable rooms, nice view from the balcony and beautiful outside spaces too. Pool, saunas and hot tub are great and open from 10AM to 10PM. Chef in Orange le Moon restaurant is amazing and can recommend getting lunch, not only breakfast.

Would be nice to have a more detailed description of different buildings of the hotel, and which rooms are in which building. And also no water coolers near saunas, you have to go to the bar and buy the water.

Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good, not many choices though. The spa zone was incredible - big pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. Delicious food in the hotel restaurant.

didnt like the way to the wellness, you have to walk accross full restaurant in bathrobe, when other have breakfast or dinner. Or you can walk by stairs outside of the hotel. Beside this everything else real great, best people at recpetion and restaurant , full engagement. !

The bed was not comfortable at all and didn't meet my expectations from such a beautiful and not cheap hotel. It would have been nice to have a small fridge in a place that accommodates families. There wasn't one in our room.

We arrived by car for the first time during heavy snow fall. The signage to the parking lot is missing or hidden by the snow. For those who do not know the surroundings, it is very easy to get lost and turn in a different direction. The removal of the snow both in the hotel area and on the roads around the hotel is very late.

The hotel is fantastic, located in a beautiful location. Our room was very large and comfortable, very well equipped with anything you might need after an outdoor day in snow. Very clean and intimate spa , was a pleasure. The restaurant: go, discover and enjoy by yourself.

property was very very nice. breakfast excelent. u should make ur your stairs outside when u walk to the parking area more safety. i fall down from stairs really badly. it was so much ice on it.

Its a little far from the ski lifts but still walkable distance - 10 to 15mins walk.

It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style and was exceptional.
