The bathroom setup was not great at all. Our room only had a bath tub with a short screen, which made water go everywhere when we showered, making the bathroom very wet. We found ants crawling on the floor everyday. On our second night, the water came out of the taps brown. The worst part of our stay was that the window broke in our room (couldnt be closed), so we had to stay in a room with a hazardous window on a windy night. I think the hotel needs some major facilities upgrade.

The staff was very kind and answered all our questions. The breakfast was nice and since we had an early 6am flight, the staff packed us sandwiches and juice to take to the airport. The location was good, easily accessible to all major attractions by tram and good restaurants in the area.

The pillows were too big and not very comfy because of the size.

The location was very good. The tram is just near the hotel. The room is veery big and gas everything you need.

Rather small room, not very comfortable beds. Not that clean, especially in the bathroom, difficult to shower with the fixed shower head. The breakfast did not have that many options and wasn't good overall.

Very helpful staff, excellent English speaking. Nice location, tram lines to city center and to airport pass just outside the hotel.

The toilet and shower were higher off the ground than we were used to.

Wifi wasn't the best in the room.

The hotel was really nice and easy to find, and our room was amazing and had everything you would need during your stay! The breakfast was beyond delicious, and the staff was super helpful. They even packed breakfast for us when we had to check out and leave early in the morning.

One of the two lifts was out of order for some time, but nothing really bad as the other one kept working. My room card kept deprogramming every time it made contact with my phone, but were very easily reprogrammed.

Breakfast was very good as it had enough options, very good bread, cheese, fruit, and ham/sausages. There was enough space and food for everyone.

It was easy to get from the Belevedere to other paces in Prague.

Sadly I have to say, it was by far the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in. You could immediately feel that the mattress had its best times years ago. It was the first time that I wanted to tell at the check out, but they did not ask if everything was fine. I do not complain normally but this mattress was a crime. Charging €60 per night in a hotel and you wake up more tired then before going to bed, is not on a vacation/short trip list. It’s a problem that can & should be fixed easy - I don’t have any other complainments.

It is nicely placed. Good connection to public transport. Breakfast was nice. 24/7 reception.

Maybe more variety for the breakfast and also a strong internet connection in the rooms. The internet in the second room I stayed in on the 5th floor was not strong. This should be worked on.

The breakfast was good and enjoyable although not exceptional. There are few selections of bread and some fruits. The location was really great. The room was great. Although I had issues with the first room because of too much noise from outside, my room was later changed to a more quiet room which was really cool. Thanks to the staff at the hotel, they were really nice, welcoming and helpful. When I asked that my previous room be changed, they immediately looked for a solution and provided another room which was more comfortable.

There was an event in the hotel with very loud music that could be heard until around 11pm, very annoying. Not enough plug sockets. Breakfast needed more hot food, beans were cold.

Location was good, 15min walk from Sparta Prague football stadium. Tram stop very nearby. Room was spacious with a safe, hairdryer and the room was clean.

The service lift was next to my room so it was noisy but an earplug could help it. The bathroom was outdated and bit moldy. All together nothing serious for a weekend stay.

Great location, tram station and little shops nearby. Old town is in 20 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was nice. Bed was confortable.
