Great location in the heart of the old town, with possibility of cooking in the apartment. The mezzanine for the second double bed is not for the faint-hearted as quite high and reachable over a ladder, and thus not suitable for younger kids and the elderly

Being close to the centre, it was a little noisy with the windows open (it got hot at night, so had to open them).

Large apartment very close to the main square in Hradec Králové. Good kitchen facilities, including Nespresso machine, fridge and cooker. Breakfast down the road in a partner hotel.

My bed wasn't very comfortable, it felt like the boards were uneven. And the breakfast was at a different hotel across the street, but it leaves a lot to be desired.

Nice staff, the apartment had everything it needed including kitchen items. Quiet place and very close to restaurants.

Apartment was big and comfortable but no air-condition and bathtub (OK, perhaps my fault as I assumed, but not specifically asked). It was comfy as temperature outside was not beyond 26-27. All surrounding streets were under reconstructions, but windows in 4th floor were great and damper noise efficiently.

Breakfast was not in the same building, across the street, but what a nice surprise of the location – in the ancient cellar/dungeon. Very original, very cosy and interesting. Fitting for the old historical centre of the town.

Attic apartment on fith floor with no AC. It was ok with 26'C outside, also 2 fans helped at night to cool it off, but in peak summer it will for sure get uncomfortable.

It is in the centre of the city of Hradec Kralove. It was easy for us to meet our son studying in the nearby University. And we didn’t know it was a historical building which is beautifully renovated to accommodate us. Great value for money.

Perfect Location within a historic place around, check in process is smooth, staffs are suporting. The upstair bed in the room is really the favorite for children.The interior is quite modern looking , probably renovated recently, kitchenette is fuuly equipped for all cooking. Several bars and resturant around within walking distance and are open till late night.

All was good, just the bed or especially the matrace could be higher and a bit softer in my opinion. Price was a bit expensve, but we came for a festival and everything gets more expensive at this time of the year :D

Very nice and spacious apartment, with well equiped kitched. There were 2 large beds, that can accommodate up to 4 people plus a decetn size couch. The location is perfect, right in the city centre, next to the main squre. They offer free parking at the garage few hunderds metres away for a request.

Excellent location, 1 minute walk to the beautiful main square. Many restaurants and bars close-by. Parking lot at 8 Euro/day in front of the house, which was very convenient. Nice and quiet apartment. As it was cold during the nights (after a period of hot weather), the apartment was heated, which was very welcome.

I did not like that there were no blinds or curtains on the windows in the upstairs and living room. The sun came up at 5:00 am, and it was very difficult to sleep after that. Also, I had planned to cook quite a bit while we were there, but there was no oven and only very small pots. I could not cook anything I had planned. However, I was very satisfied with all the restaurants in the area. ☺️ Also, there was a very dirty towel among the stack of clean ones we were given. However, they replaced that towel right away, no problems.

I loved the location, and the staff were very helpful and kind.

WiFi - better secured, ideally one spot for a room (not a shared one). Better TV - at least with basic apps or with a possibility to connect to the laptop. Noise reduction between rooms inside the appartment was not sufficient.

Great location in the center of the city, very spacious appartment. Clean, prepared, sufficient utilities. Parking options were really good. All needed information provided inside the room. No reception needed check-in (even if we had issues with the code, nicely solved over the phone so no negative in here). If we are returning to Hradec in the future, we will definitely come back here.

I wouldn't say this is a drawback of Boromeum, but a health faucet is a hygienic necessity.

Comfortable hotel apartment. Even small requirements are taken care of like washing pods, vessels cleaning stuff, garbage bags, facility to clean the apartment, table mats etc Heating facility Enough cabinet space Sufficient toiletries, towels, tissue rolls. Windows could be opened for air circulation. Enough utensils for comfortably cooking. Good refrigerator. Laundry and tumble dryer facility was good and well maintained. Regular cleaning service.
