Excellent location, 1 minute walk to the beautiful main square. Many restaurants and bars close-by. Parking lot at 8 Euro/day in front of the house, which was very convenient. Nice and quiet apartment. As it was cold during the nights (after a period of hot weather), the apartment was heated, which was very welcome.

I did not like that there were no blinds or curtains on the windows in the upstairs and living room. The sun came up at 5:00 am, and it was very difficult to sleep after that. Also, I had planned to cook quite a bit while we were there, but there was no oven and only very small pots. I could not cook anything I had planned. However, I was very satisfied with all the restaurants in the area. ☺️ Also, there was a very dirty towel among the stack of clean ones we were given. However, they replaced that towel right away, no problems.

I loved the location, and the staff were very helpful and kind.

WiFi - better secured, ideally one spot for a room (not a shared one). Better TV - at least with basic apps or with a possibility to connect to the laptop. Noise reduction between rooms inside the appartment was not sufficient.

Great location in the center of the city, very spacious appartment. Clean, prepared, sufficient utilities. Parking options were really good. All needed information provided inside the room. No reception needed check-in (even if we had issues with the code, nicely solved over the phone so no negative in here). If we are returning to Hradec in the future, we will definitely come back here.

The sofa set in the living room needs to be upgraded as it is a bit slumping. Option of some brighter lighting in the living room to make it brighter at nights.

The apartment had all the facilities required, and it was a home away from home. Complete set of cooking and dining utensils. Enough towels and toiletries. Comfortable beds and the attic bed was a real cosy and pretty place. Enough cabinet space Good WiFi Polite and helpful hosts Common laundry area Separate smoking area Location was of great ease, at it was very well placed. Sound proofing of the apartment was super!

Most people won’t be bothered about this but in my point of view, the interior design of the appartments would have benefited from a proper architect/designer - the space is huge yet it’s potential is not utilized. For example: the bedroom is half empty and still there’s only a 160cm wide bed instead of a proper 180cm one, which would make sleeping much more comfortable. Likewise, there’s no closet/dresser in the bedroom, all the shelves and storage area are located in the hallway, which makes little sense. There are very few sockets and almost no cutting/manipulating space in the kitchen. I felt all of this was a great pity since the owner must have invested a lot in the renovation of the historical building so it’s sad to see the last task - interior design - done with so little attention to detail.

Fantastic location, curteous and friendly staff, spacious appartment with free coffee, newly renovated, we had a really pleasant weekend here, thank you!
