Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was a communal fridge outside the room with a rotten banana in it. We didn't use the facilities, so it didn't bother us.
The staff was very helpful, and the check-in was a breeze. The room was small but very clean, with comfy single beds put together. The shower was tiny, but the water pressure was good. There's an AC in the room with just a fan option available, but the windows can be opened for fresh air, which was nice. The room was facing the street on second floor and there's a small lift access. The traffic noise didn't bother us, but it might be for others. The location was great, very close to the metro IP Pavlova and trams. The WiFi dropped out on the second day but was working fine for the rest of our stay.

There was a smell of of humidity or I couldn’t understand what was it.
Very clean and I could check in earlier which was very kind of the staff. Overall I really enjoyed my stay there

Everything was great! The room was very clean and comfortable, and it was a wonderful experience to stay in a historical building right in the city centre. The AC was especially helpful during the hot days

Second time here, this is a perfect stay. Metro/tram near and walking distance everywhere. Our room was totally quiet and air con working. Friendly staff at reception and cleaning.

The AC unit wasn't very strong, so an additional fan would have been beneficial. Also, the room layout wasn't convenient. For example, the outlets were behind the beds, making it difficult to reach and charge our phones at night. I had our "no cleaning" sign on our door for the first couple of days. When I removed it, I was hoping it would signal housekeeping to come freshen up our room, but we didn't see housekeeping stop by at all.
We didn't see staff often, but when we did, they were pleasant and helpful. The nearby restaurants and cafes were excellent! While the hotel isn't located near the city center, it is a close walk with things to see and do along the way.

On the day of arrival the elevator was not working, I had to carry my luggage up to the 4th floor myself, which is very high and they couldn't fix it for two days.
They allowed early check-in, for which I am very grateful

Our room was very comfortable, beautifully clean, the shower was really spacious. The metro and tram stop was two-minute walk away. All the major sights easy to get to from the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location perfect for a city break

I didn't quite understand the procedure for letting myself in haha. It was like a treasure hunt to get the key since I arrived when the reception was closed.
Perfect room for a tourist. Clean and comfortable, even had a little kettle and tea
