Picturesque location with great staff and facilities, that would benefit from minor improvements.

Room uncomfortably hot, so would benefit from air conditioning or a fan. Would also benefit from multilingual food labels on breakfast buffet, to include coded allergy information.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast selection and menu choices in the restaurant. Staff very accommodating with coeliac (gluten free) dietary requirements.

The architect did not use his head. The bathroom had no window nor ventilation, the fittings were in most inconvenient places (e.g. if one person was brushing his teeth at the washbasin, another could not get out of shower - despite the ample size of the room). To go to the rooms from reception, you have to go through the door marked WC, down a pitch dark corridor past the toilets (no window despite the wall being external, facing the garden) to go out of the building and up external stairs. In the morning, sitting in the garden, I thought some ashes were falling on me. Alas, the tiny black spots moved and tickled - insects!

Surrounding countryside. The whole place could be picturesque, but see the other column

The mattress was very thin (not good for my back) and smelled a bit. The walls are very thin so if you have clumsy or snoring neighbours it's hard to sleep. English skills of the personnel are very limited, signs mostly in Czech only.

Excellent breakfast and lunch/dinner in on-site restaurant. Fast stable wi-fi. I had a large comfortable bathroom (others are smaller and have no window though).

Sometimes you have the feeling the walls are bit thin.

In my experience this is really the best accommodation in the area! I love to come back to taste another great food or wine, the staff is always smiling and helpful and the location is excellent as well :)

No fridge in the room, very small TV. Breakfast are rich in the range of food offered, however the breakfast is served till 10 am and the food wasn´t refilled after 9 am

Nice family place to experience the typical Moravian atmosphere and cuisine. Lot of activities for kids - table tennis, minigolf, pool, goats, ponys... Wine cellar for adults. Nice view from the wind mill.
