The breakfast offered lacked variety and excitement, often consisting of the same options each day. The salad appeared to be prepared in advance and wasn't as fresh as expected, and the overall quality of the food didn't meet our expectations, with a noticeable absence of high-quality ingredients. Additionally, there was no provision for lactose-intolerant milk, limiting dietary options. However, for short stays of just a couple of days, it was manageable.

When I left a note requesting room cleaning, they promptly attended to it. The hotel ensured we had fresh towels, which were replaced almost daily. Additionally, we were able to conveniently utilize the luggage storage facilities both upon arrival and on our departure day, making our stay even more comfortable.

if you want quite room this is not for you. it is very noisy from the main street in front of the hotel. but the main problem is that the walls , without exception , are plasterboard. We could listen clearly the people from the rooms next to us and the footsteps above too. The temperature was actually 25 degrees and they still had quilts/blankets. ( it was our problem because we can ask if we wanted 2 bedsheets of course) ! :) there was no a/c! The room is too warm!

Every day we had clean towels and room service. The breakfast is ok. many options! the location is very good and 3 min walk to metro -tram and bus stations. we could leave the suitcases there after the check out because our flight was late in the afternoon. the bathroom is very big.

Rooms where cold at night actually the heating system was almost off at nights there were a little of noise of upstairs neighbors walking, if you are bad sleeper have to consider.

Room where clean beds were absolutely comfortable and breakfast was delicious and variety of options available , hotel is located quite close to multiple attractions.

The beds are not flat at all. Hollow in the middle. Impossible to sleep peacefully on uneven surface.

Sometimes it’s too noisy. There were a group of students who made a lot of noice until 12 pm. You can hear also an ambulance, because they usually drive through this hotel.

The stuff was very good and price is affordable. Breakfasts were also so great.

Room was clean, everything smelled real nice and fresh. I am just not a fan of carpets on the floor. Excellent breakfast. Great location, although there is a busy road just under the windows. We were on the top floor, though so this was no problem.

Check in : for people who coming far away and tired , doesnt make no sense to make them check in at 3 pm , if they arrive in the morning . People want to rest so doesnt make no sense to check in at 3 pm .

Wifi network barely even listed on available networks... Loosing connection all the time. Maybe only the case on the top floor, I can`t say.

The shower head was god awful to be honest like really needs to be changed in this day and age to something more conventional. The carpet aswell makes the room feel dirty in a sense also needs changing.

Some facilities were really old and falling apart such as the soap dispensers, it was difficult to get the soap out. The bathroom was not being kept really clean as I could see some bugs on the floor, probably because of humidity. The mini-fridge was not working at all. The USB port in the TV was not working.

Great location in the city centre. The breakfast was actually really big with lots of choices. The staff were kind and helpful and speaking English. The room was spacious and had lots of useful furniture. The TV had some German channels.
