place was clean breakfast was awesome!!!!! also, room access is with passwords, which makes it very comfortable and you dont need to remember to take the keys ( only remember the code :) )

No shampoo in the bathroom, only shower gel. I don't understand why there are no slippers in the room, although they explained me that there should not be any in a hotel with three stars. In my opinion, this is a big minus, and it is not so difficult to add them to the set. Breakfast is quite okay, but not more.

Personal is really friendly, that is a big plus. The bed is really comfortable. Generally, I am satisfied with my choice.

I stayed for 6 days (inc. check in and out) and the room wasn't serviced during that time. It's not a real issue, unless you're a complete slob, but would have been nice to know in advance.

Locations is great - lots of cool and quirky bars within a stone's throw if you don't fancy travelling to the centre. 15-minute-walk to the station and 25 to the Old Town.

No kettle/tea/coffee in room. Easy switch to knock without realising so no electricity throughout the night and no one to get help from til morning.

Nice hotel in good location, not so far to city center and also to Karlin and Zizkov. Room was quiet despite the fact that the tram was running there.

Some communication issue with the staff as English wasn't our first language (or theirs). Mainly about parking options. Other than that no issues!

Location is nice. The room had two double glassed windows, so we didn't hear any noice from outside. About 20 minutes walk to the city, 40 to the old town and 1 hour to the castle, if that's relevant. The tram is very close by and pretty cheap, which takes you everywhere in about 15-25 minutes, depending on the location. Breakfast is good and there are great cafés nearby.

Stain on carpet was quite gross. One of our towels was a bit dirty and the room had a slight smoke smell. Room does not include a kettle or cups even though it was a superior room.

Good location near the train station, lots of grocery markets and places to eat around. Friendly staff. Free luggage storage available. Check in easy and door codes are very convenient.

There were 4 of us staying in one room, but we were provided with only 2 big towels, glasses.. 4 beds were ready tho.

The shower was a bit weak and leaking at the head.

It was easy to check in. The communication in English was a bit bumpy at times, but everything worked out. The room was great and was completely sufficient for the night.

Would book with AC next time (in summer) - opening the windows was no real option as it was really loud (windows closed was ok but quite warm).

Great location, easy to find and access by public transportation. Friendly service. PIN code instead of key/card was great. Comfortable and clean room. Nice lobby.
