Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SloveniaBreakfast was all right at first sight. Cheese was nce, salami as well, coffee was fine. But do not opt for orange juice It is made from syrup. Bread was frankly bad and dry. By and large breakfast was rather lacking imagination and not meeting the expectations. But who cares after all.
Receptionsta were kind and helpful and the staff generally was lovable. They were quick at calling Uber or Bolt. Bed was comfortable, but the tabs in the bathroom were not functioning and were outdated. The building cannot hide its socialist past that can bee seen in small details. Nevertheless the hotel is fine for somebody on a business visit and staying for a short period of time.

FinlandHotel breakfast was average.
Location was conviniently very close to the metro station. We had our room at the 22th floor, so the view over the city was very nice. Hotel staff was very polite. The hotel has a well equipped gym room and the wellness services are very good.

SwitzerlandPARKING SERVICE SO RUDE
Everything was ok. Only the parking service was so so so rude. If is an external partner or your hotel service they have to treat you good and not rude and saying bad words to the customers. Because in the end is your service and we are paying to YOUR hotel. And 25€ per night for this service is extremely. By the way.. the hotel and everything else were amazing.

NorwayThe hotel has 24 floors, but only 4 lifts. These would be very busy at times, e.g. breakfast. Not a problem that can be easily solved unfortunately.

FranceNot a negative point for us but it is 15 minutes away from the center by metro. The area is not a touristy one. There is a shopping center right next door if you need anything.
The staff was very nice and welcoming and made sure we always felt confortable. There was a small problem in the room we were assigned at check in and they immediately upgraded us to another room. The rooms are big and some have a wonderful view on the city. The beds are really confortable. Breakfast was amazing, with many choices every day. We had a quick meal at the bar on the first day and we would like to thank their nice staff. We also really enjoyed the top deck area (swimming pool and steam bath). Thank you for everything!

United KingdomOverall the facilities were great, but the USB ports in my room didn't work other than via the TV. I also expected the gym to be free, but you have to pay for the gym. Granted, there was a discounted rate for guests but I'm use to free gym access being a standard feature of a hotel of this quality.
Panorama is in a great location - it's close to a mall and a metro station, which was very helpful for getting into town or getting back to the airport. The staff were friendly and there was a good variety for breakfast.

GermanyThe gym and pool facilities are not as shown as in the pictures. The pool was way too cold to actually enjoy. The pool was small. The whirlpool is too small and because too many people than recommended are in there it seems unhygienic. Also, you have to walk with your towel and bathing suit through the gym, were people are doing their sports in order to even reach the pool.
The breakfast was delicious and had good variety, the rooms were quite comfortable and it was nice to have a bathtub in the room

United KingdomThe room was a little on the hot side, did have aircon didnt work great. if would have mention probably would have been looked at.
Beds were very comfortable and very spaceious. The room had tea and coffee facilities which they topped up daily and the little complementary shower gels & shampoos. They had a Mini-bar fridge in the room, however we did use the fridge to store our drinks and other bit from the shops in which was left as it was when they came into clean. All the reception staff were very helpful we borrowed a plug adaptor from them.

United KingdomLocation is about 1 hour walk in to the Old Town but in fairness it is right next to a big mall, so plenty of shops and cafes on your doorstep. Public transport close by too and Uber is very handy… so not a big negative to be fair (but something to be aware of when booking).
Excellent hotel with great staff and facilities. Although the rooms are a little dated they are very comfortable and clean.
