Everything was good

It was very clean. The room was small but you don’t need a big room when you only sleep there. We really liked the garden, the kids were so happy to have marshmallows near the fire, it was a perfect ending of the day!

As it was my first time ever staying in a hostel, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The only think that threw we off was the size of the rooms for the dorms. I may have packed too much. Other than that it was actually quite nice. Breakfast maybe more options

It was not difficult to find from the central station. 20-30 min walk from everything. This was my first time ever staying in a hostel and I must say my experience with the all female dorms was quite pleasant. They were all respectful and quiet. Private bathroom was nice and hot water.

The staff members during my 2 nights where neither friendly nor helpful. I’ve not seen a smile from their face and I thought that this was my personal experience but this experience seemed to have been also shared by my roommates.

Great location Great premises and clean Very quiet (they stop people drinking outside at 10pm and the road along the hostel is very quiet you could sleep with the windows opened. The way rooms are organised is smart so you have individual boxes, shoes boxes and hangers which make your stay enjoyable.

It could easily be the cleanest hostel I ever seen, and I have seen hundreds. Location is amazing, the very center of the city, with all transport connections at the door step. All for modest price.

The location is really good, near the national museum and the railway station, just a few mins' walk. The facilities are excellent. I really like the shower room. You can have your own space, and there are some hangers on the wall and you can put your towel and clothes on the them.

the location is not as convenient as we had thought, so that hurt a bit. And it's not at a happening hostel, more of on a chill side. No pre's before going out, no noise after 1.

Everything was great, Its an amazing place, they have done very good job, there is constant support from reception and lovely rooms and facilities.

The room was a little warm and the supplied fan was helpful but air-con would be an improvement.

bunk beds had power supplies and curtains for privacy. Overall atmosphere was lovely, and staff were very helpful.

Fan in bathroom went on for a while after people had left the bathroom, and could be quite loud but turned off eventually.

I stayed for two nights and it was really great. Everything was clean, I liked the overall atmosphere, the breakfast was really good and I felt totally comfortable as a solo traveller. Would definitely recommend.

Curtains across the bed didn't go right across due to the fact that the rail was positioned parallel to the ladder going up to the top bunk so had to hang the towel up in the gap to get full privacy If the rail was positioned behind the ladder it would have run right along. Unable to sit inside anywhere in the morning in the chill area whilst awaiting my early taxi due to the fact that they had cordined it off for breakfast. A/c was centrally controlled by reception it would be better if each room had control of this. No a/c at all in some rooms. I accidently stuffed up my booking and thought i had resolved this with the member of staff when I arrived but found out the next morning that it had not been resolved at all due to her not understanding me and had to move rooms in haste. The blinds in the window were yellow so didn't darken the room at all would have been better to have put on black outs. 8 bed dorm too cramped and only 1 toilet and bathroom to use between everyone.
