A small minus: if you sleep lightly, it is better to ask for a room at the back. Although the hotel is located on a one-way alley, it is used by sometimes chattering tourists until late at night. We didn't care.

This very clean hotel is ideally located on the border between Newtown and Oldtown. This means that most sights are no more than a 10-minute walk away.And if you're tired of strolling around the city, you can rent their spa room for an hour of relaxation. Extensive and varied breakfast buffet. Staff is very friendly and eager to offer some help.

2 single duvets rather than one double. I like a walk in shower as opposed to a bath/shower, but that's only a minor issue as the water was warm and we had enough towels.

Staff were friendly. Hotel had lots of character. Lots of choice for breakfast. Great location and very close to the metro. TV in room. Bed was comfortable.

Ideal location near several shops and restaurants yet only a short walk away from either the Charles Bridge or the old town. The hotel is beautifully furnished with antiques throughout which contrast with the state of the art bathrooms. The staff were all friendly and helpful, particularly those in the restaurant at breakfast; the breakfasts themselves being of excellent quality, comprising an exhaustive range of pastries, cold meats and cheeses, breads, salads alongside cooked meats and omelettes cooked freshly on request.

On occasion staff go wandering and no one to make an omelette or at the bar and people left waiting. Suites are very large, mine had 4 rooms/areas, but only a tv in the bedroom and only a small mirror in the bathroom & 1 outside the bathroom at the door which was a bit annoying but fine.

Excellent location. Walking distance to everywhere. Extremely friendly staff, will go above and beyond if you spend some time to chat with them. Very clean. Room cleaned & sheets changed every day.

Rooms were very hot and air conditioning didn’t work. Hair dryer overheated too while drying hair. Would recommend bringing own though. Also no plug sockets beside the bed. Could do with an update to include USB/USBc plugs.

The hotel bar is great. Plays a good mix of music and the barman Martin was just fantastic. Providing drinks and laughs.

Girls in the bar very poor service, and untrained. The men were very good. Didn't organise the transfer from the airport, very annoying as it happens it was cheaper to uber! Beds were very hard

I've stayed in Hotels all over the World !!! And understandably there are always a few flaws ... The Prague Elite is the 1st Hotel that I have ever stayed at where I could not find even 1 negative aspect of this Hotel !!! I must stay here again and again !!!

The location ... staff ... facilities ... the morning breakfast ... the Hotel bar and lounge ... the room ... absolutely everything about this Hotel couldn't have been more perfect !!! Trams .. metro ... shopping mall .. restaurants .. shopping... tourist attractions ... All only a few steps away from the hotel !!!
