Everything! The staff at the reception is very kind and helpful, the parking was full but they helped fit my car...the room and common spaces are clean, the bathroom spacious. Great food at the restaurant where they also serve the breakfast (a great one!). The location is great if you are there for events in the fair or sport arena but also very well connected with the center.

There’s a limited amount of tables at the restaurant, so you’ve got to be quick during rush hour!

The staff were very friendly and understanding of our situation with our dog! Theres a wide variety of breakfast choices and they’re always refilled very quickly. The garage with elevator access directly below was also very handy. Our room was very soundproof, barely were able to hear the nearby festival.

There was a lot of noise from the site next to our rooms that kept us awake. The rooms also got quite hot in the night but to open the window made the noise worse.

Very clean and neat rooms provided. The hotel reception room was very well styled and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant onsite was a bonus and we received good service. The food was good also, especially a wide selection for breakfast. It was a very easy walk next door to the concert we were attending and nearby there was a tram to catch into the sites. It was a good location.

The room might be quite noisy - we got a room near the elevators (the elevators are beeping even during the night, you hear all the people entering the floor) and additionally were woken up by other guests talking in the hallway for a good while.

The room and bed was OK. Good location when attending an event nearby. At this time, there was free parking directly in the hotel garage. The breakfast was perfect, including a good selection of hot meals.

Booking system should be improved regarding email communication. Two of my email hotel did not receive. Nothing to mention really about hotel.. may be just that shuttle service from/to airport should be cheaper. Bolt costs ~25eur, shuttle was 37eur.

My son participated in hockey tournament. Great location, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff at hotel and restaurant, fantastic Caesar salad.

A little bit noisy mattress; maybe earplugs wouldn’t be a bad idea if you’re a light sleeper.

Everything was good. The room is super clean, and everything is there. It was warm and cozy inside. The staff is very friendly, although they forgot to remind me that I have breakfast included—I almost forgot 😅. Good place!

The hotel met our expectations from location perspective - it's close to tram to the city center and bus to Zoo. it's not a luxury hotel but staff was very nice and helpful, rooms had everything as on the pictures and were clean. we also appreciated the possibility of parking on site. Breakfast was very good, there was nice variety of food.

I just wish they would label the food at the breakfast buffet and you could look up all the ingredients.. Unfortunately I was told both egg dishes were made with just egg and whilst eating I found meat in it and I‘m a vegetarian.. It would also be nice if there were more vegan options, there were no savory vegan dishes

Although we know it can be difficult to manage something like this, we would love to have fresh coffee or chocolate and not something from a machine, but either way it was good.

Great choices for a breakfast, we loved the choices in the fruit section and the bacon was delicious always.
