The hotel should add guidance to show to the room services whether the customer wishes the towels changed or to continue using the same. This is standard in hotels nowadays and reduces unnecessary washing.

Location is easy in the city center and the room was quite ok. It was a bit odd to have toilet separated behind a different door than the shower and basin to wash hands.

A lady (staff) complained quite loudly about the other team member during breakfast, I think she was a supervisor and didn't like how her colleagues arranged something. There was a sense of stress which I don't normally experience in other hotels.

I had a great one-night stay; the hotel was very quiet, which was surprising considering the location. It was one of the quietest hotels I've ever visited, especially during the weekend. I also enjoyed the beds; I had a single bed that was big enough to fit two people. There was no problem with an early arrival; everything was as smooth as it could get, and the receptionist was kind. The breakfast was okay. I didn't find a toaster, so it might be an easy improvement if there is none. The room was spacious, with a nice bath, clean, and practical.

Wifi signal was weak.

The room was cozy. An airport taxi was helpful and I felt secured even though I arrive late. A staff kept my luggage at a locked room after checkout.

Room wasn't pretty clean. Rest of food (left by previous visitor) I found in a fridge :) parking in ~10 minutes by walk, expensive. If apply quality of hotel and price ratio, I'd give 7 only. I wish to this hotel pay more attention to the details.

Location was was very convenient, close to metro, train station and old town. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Bonus, hotel room was ready at 11 am. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

The check-out time is 11.00. Our flight wasn't until 21.00, so we requested an extension to 12.00, but this was declined. Don't expect any extension to the check-out time given. The Wi-Fi was either incredibly slow or didn't work at all, so we just resorted to using mobile data which was much quicker.

The location is probably the main reason for selecting this hotel, right by Wenceslas Square. The breakfast was included in the price and was more than adequate. Staff are friendly and the rooms were clean.

Tea/coffee making set in the room would have been great. Also our room had a bad smell at times, coming from the drains. We informed the receptionist who seemed to know about it. The cleaner did their best with bleach but there was still a faint smell when we entered the room after a few hours away.

The location is absolutely perfect for tourists, with all amenities close by. The room was big, clean and comfortable with air condition, fridge and safe. Breakfast was also very good.

The room was fairly small for a double but you don't spend much time in the hotel in Prague. The bathroom was also small.

The bathroom was bad. The door could not close completely. The shower had a problem, and water took a long time to get out. At the bar they would not accept visa payments after 21:00.
