We could not add breakfast to our reservation when we arrived at the hotel. There is no staff in the hotel, so we couldn't ask for help (although the phone was answered very quickly). Parking is very difficult (this hotel has no parking).

The location is very good. The rooms are clean and have basic equipment. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We had a spectacular view from our room.

There is no reception area and the elevator didn't work which meant hauling luggage rather tiring. I had asked for a slightly earlier check-in, as there was a triathlon in Karlovy Vary that weekend and many roads were closed. There was just a repeat of when check-in was, end of story. Due to the place I was at, had to get myself and luggage, walking, over a kilometer since no taxi could access the roads at that time.

The room was comfortable; I liked the chair to sit in so one didn't have to sit on the bed. The breakfast, at a property a couple hundred meters away, was utterly lovely, just excellent.

There are no convinience shops nearby, so be prepared to walk a bit to the closest one (perhaps it would be nice to install a vending machine with some basic staff like water, tooth paste, tooth brush, earplugs etc? Just in case people forget something and cannot find it in close proximity?). Another thing is that there is no reception, which feels futuristic but on the other hand there isn't anyone to ask about the city, where to go etc.

Location is great, room is nice and clean, beds are comfortable and blankets are really nice :)) overall nice hotel, no reception, so everything opens with codes. Great place to spend the night and nothing more.

There is some noise from the street, wooden windows cannot seal properly. Apparently it is an old but renovated building, some furniture were shaking when you step on the wooden flooring.

Even though they said otherwise, I could enter the room 2 hours earlier by some chance as it was already cleaned and door was not locked. Room had new furniture and was in clean condition. Blackout curtains were nice.

It might have only been because of the electricity problem and my moving to a different room unexpectedly, but the second one was not entirely clean - the coffee mugs and spoons looked like they had not been cleaned, and there was obvious dirt on the floor. Nothing I couldn’t stand, but should have been cleaner.

The room was really comfortable and pleasant with a great view, and they have a self check-in system (I didn’t actually interact with any staff) but it was easy to use. There seemed to be some issue with the electricity in my room, so I called the number they provided and was immediately able to move into a different room.

Check-in and out are online, which is fine as long as it is notified in English (we received messages in Czech). The shower was a nightmare: the water was either boiling or freezing (not sure if it was just our room).

We booked an apartment and they gave us a double room giving us 100 reasons for it. After insisting we did get the apartment we had reserved. Therefore, I can not say that the stuff was the best, and I would hate to assume that they were trying to resell the apartment and keep our money too. Given that the hotel just opened, certain amenities should not be missing

During the stay in OREA unfortunately one accident happened. When we left hotel room for a tour one of the employee instead of cleaning use and finally stole some of our items, mostly woman cosmetics, electric toothbrush and some of consumables as chocolote, wine etc. While we recognized it seemed like the women use our shower and the bed as we found hairs. Approximately everything been Worth about 500€. From the other hand we wrote down a statement that management promise to return money for stolen items, however there is No feedback till now. At The beginnig i was receving messages like "No worries, we will make a bank transfer till end of week". Its been already about 7 weeks and the attitude change dramatically. No contact, just ignore and make lies. Very poor quality for a 4star hotel, shame.
