Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

None the place was everything I could ask for
Hotel is in a great location close to the old town with bars, restaurants, bus stops and trams nearby. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily along with the towels changed .Beds are comfortable and room has minibar and fridge along with kettle and teabags. Breakfast offers great selection that will suit everyone. Reception are also very helpful. In Summary this hotel is a real gem I will definitely be coming back to it

We had rooms 63 and 64… room 64 didn’t have a shower, only a bath which was inconvenient! Breakfast closing at 10 on a weekend wasn’t ideal!

There was nothing I disliked.
Really excellent position. Main bus station round the corner. Main rail station 20 minutes walk. Metro station 100 yards away. Trams everywhere. Lots of restaurants and cafes.

Lobby area is a bit dated, but comfortable nonetheless. Hotel parking is not available. We had to use a public parking (expensive) with the closest one 5-10 min walk from the hotel. We don't blame the hotel, of course, but it was a bit inconvenient. Everything else very good!
Very convenient and good hotel in a fantastic trendy neighbourhood with everything nearby: shops, trendy restaurants, pubs, nice contemporary vibe, and public transport in front of the hotel (trams, buses and a subway hub (2 lines). The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we received a room upgrade for free, which was a kind and welcoming gesture, very good breakfast buffet, clean and modern room, good soundproofing, great bathroom and comfortable beds. We had a great time (4 nights).

Absolutely nothing.
Location is great, close to metro, bus and tram stop so easy to go to the citycentre. The room is completely clean and spacious, and we enjoyed welcome wine. All staffs are friendly and awesome. They prepared the breakfast box to bring when we asked a taxi to the airport because it was too early for a regular breakfast time in the morning, which was brilliant! We really loved our stay here so will definitely come back for the next visit.

Location (ten minutes walk to the city centre and all main attractions within walking distance), size of the room. Good breakfast with a fair amount of options. There is also a very nice supermarket in front of it and a tram/metro station next to it that takes you to the main station in 5 min.

The hotel location is great, it is located near the Prague Old Town and it's also close to the Central Bus Station making it convenient to move from and to the airport.The breakfast buffet is decently sized with enough options.Overall the staff was great and very helpful and the room was clean and quiet.

The hotel was absolutely lovely and a fantastic location easy to walk to the tourist attractions but also close to a tram stop. Hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and the breakfast was great with a good choice and topped up constantly. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing!
What a find! We have just arrived back from a 4 day trip - 4 girlfriends. This hotel did not disappoint at all! From the old fashioned reception that smelt lovely as you walked in, to the water and glasses for a welcome drink and the sweets at the desk to the beautiful rooms with everything you need including toiletries, shower cap, cotton wool pads, mini bar (payable), safe, slippers, ear plugs and of course tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent too. Fried, scrambled and boiled eggs, sausages, bacon, cold meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurt and pastries as well as cereal. Staff at reception were lovely too and nothing was too much trouble. This hotel is a must if staying in Prague with only a 10 minute walk into the city.

I had a short enjoyable stay at hotel mucha! This is a very nice, clean and well run hotel. My room in the sixth floor had a nice view over the city, was spacious and i liked the overall design! Bonus points if you are interested in mucha the painter as you have many of his paintings on the floor walls. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about prague and czechia which i valued. Breakfast, shower and ac all very good, location is close to metro and bus station florenc in one of my preferred parts of prague. Highly recommended, would stay again!
