The bed was terrible, seemed to be an old mattress. Also, on our last 2 nights, there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom drains.

Very close to public transportation and not too far from the city center. Breakfast was ok, staff was very nice.

rooms needs to be refreshed with inventory but since hotel is working while gradually some upper floors are being renovating this will probably come to its turn.

Great location near main city site-seeing locations, hotel has its own charm as traditional original Prague architecture, so is the interior as well. Good breakfast and friendly staff, rooms could be a little renovated with its inventory, but hotel is still having renovations on few upper floors so, they are working on it, so all together good

The pillows were not very comfortable, they found them too thick, this is not a minus but a reminder.

I booked the room for my wife and daughter. Followings are the points they have told me about their stay. Cleanness and the attitude of the staff were perfect. Close to metro and public transport. Breakfast was very good. Overall they were very happy with the hotel.

The cleaning staff did not make our beds. My towel felt like a used and worn floor towel, and was different from my partners. There's a giant dark rectangular hole in the wall near the ceiling only covered by mesh which you can't quite see. Feels eerie.

The lication is very good, rooms sre very big and clean. Breakfast very nice. The only problem was that nobody answer the phone when we call the property upon our arrival. We call the whole day but no answer. We told them when we arrived but ilthey do not seem that they care. It is very weard due to the fact that everything else was excellent.

This couldn't be helped, but we had some noisy neighbours - it sounded as if they were outside our door!

the location was easy to get to, you can easily walk into main areas, or catch the metro from a nearby station.

Location isn't great, but not that bad either. You could reach the old town centre in 15-20 mins by tram

The hotel room was very cozy, the staff welcoming and everything was clean and neat. The room I booked was supposed to be a single and they accommodated me in a double. Also, they let me leave my bags at the hotel while I waited for the check in time.

They didn’t change my bedding in 5 nights, so I just slept in the other side of the bed ( as it was so big) but still I felt weird about it.

The bed was huge and really comfortable. The bathroom was also big and had everything necessary.

The wifi sucked. I called on Friday to complain. The receptionist took notes and nothing changed. I complained again on Saturday and the answer was: "I'm sorry, but today is Saturday so the IT guy is on holiday." Really?? Than the breakfast was so poor and I had to ask the staff to refill the empty bottles or the bread holder. Also slippers were missing in the room.

There is no electric kettle in the rooms, I have my own coffee that I like to drink, and it forced me to go down to the lobby and ask for hot water for coffee all the time. I asked for an electric kettle in the room and was told they didn't have one. I should mention that there were staff members who were angry that I was asking them hot water for my coffee and it really made me feel uncomfortable, but most of the staff were happy to help. It will solve the problem if they put an electric kettle in the rooms.

An excellent hotel with an excellent location, the staff was helpful almost everything.

As I say all around it is a nice place. Old an date and just a touch up a little bit. As a bit of info for those wondering how far things are like the castle etc. It's around a 45min walk at fast pace. Mcdonalds burger King an KFC all around corner from hotel, so if your fussy this is a bonus Other than that very happy.

I absolutely loved the olden and dated decor, however could do with touching up, room was lovely and spacious. Asked for a room with a bath which was also given to me, . Reception staff also helped me out with sorting taxi to airport, and directions to the castle. I absolutely loved my stay

The TV doesn't have any channels in English

I firstly stayed in room 104 never stay in that room it has the worst mattress and the refrigerator doesn't work so I ask yo be changed and they did, after that my stayed was very comfortable and the location was good.

The cleanliness was not good enough, much dirt and dust under the beds- very unhelpful for guests allergic to dust . The price of the rooms did not include breakfast- you coud obtain it for a modic amount of 5 Euros p/person. I suggest to include breakfast and its cost in the price of the room , in order to avoid bureaucracy andd misunderstandings.

The AC is noisy and not very efficient, and can’t really be controlled other than on or off, I think? Ask for help with the thermostat. The place is old, but unless you plan on hanging out there all day then who cares. The shower is small, and my door fell off the rails but they came and fixed it. The beds are not comfortable but after a day of sightseeing in that amazing city, you will pass out anyways. Finally, the noise from the street is a little annoying but I put on some white noise on my phone and I didn’t notice it anymore.

The place is within one block walking from a tram stop as well as a subway stop and even a bus stop. The pavlova stop is right around the corner. Very convenient!! With that said, make sure you get off on the right stop. Otherwise you may end up in a not so great neighborhood. The street that it is on is not busy with people, but the Main Street nearby is. So just walk fast once you get to the street. There is a nice man at the convenience store next door. Staff is at the desk 24/7. So that is great. They are very sweet and accommodating.
