Central location, good price, good value for money, breakfast is great, the mattress was comfortable, staff were very friendly

No air conditioning, so room got stuffy during the night. Decor is very outdated and didn't feel crisp and clean neither did the sheets.

Bathroom was clean, reception staff very polite and helpful and although carpark was down the street, it was secure. Accommodation was ok for one night.

The room was Nice, a bit old but the bed was good and comfi. We sleept very nicely. The breakfast was very good, it was a bit tight whit space at morning rush hour but it was fine. I Will say this. You really get a lot for your money at this hotel. no regrets and a recommendation from here

Better choice of food at breakfast and restocked quicker.

Breakfast was pretty mediocre. Dry bread, tasteless cheese and ham, horrible coffee. It was also served in a tight spot with many guests.

Very good location, walked to centre and to Pilsner Urquell brewery. Many restaurants around and parking was safe and free. Nice and friendly staff! Clean rooms and hotel. Will come back!

The hotel is very good. Ladies in the reception are exceptionally nice and helpful. The only problem is limited parking so if you arrive late you might not have a place. The parking area around the hotel is payable from 7am to 7 pm and not convincing. .

Only used lift to get our bags up/down. Found a little scary.

Great location being easy walk to old town square. Large room with comfortable beds. Bathroom renovated. All clean. Little fridge was great.Lift very small but functional. Large choice for breakfast and delicious.

Room was noisy because a door was part of the wall between next room and could here it all. Breakfast was good but missing regular bread (not toast) and vegetables not refilled after they were finished 1h before end of breakfast hours. WC hard to find in the restaurant.

Clean room. Parking free and big enough and gated. Not the best location next to train station but not far from Centrum.

Being on ground floor, you could hear the cleaning staff clattering about from 6am. Really needed a kettle in the room.

Lovely location, private secure car park. Lovely choice of evening meal Plenty of choice for breakfast, Decent sized rooms, plenty of space for cases etc bathroom was small, but adequate.

The bed mattresses could be a little softer.

Very varied breakfast, with tasty dishes. The cleanliness and freshness of the bedding and towels which were changed daily. Although it operates in an old building, the hotel has a special charm and you can see the efforts to bring the building up to current standards. Parking included in the room price at 200 m from the hotel, monitored and permanently closed, which provides a degree of safety for the car.

Close to the city centre of Pilsen. Cosy and clean room, but some might find it a bit stuffy and old. Staff was helpful despite coming off a bit cold. Breakfast was good

The door of our room had a bit of a gap at the top between the frame and the door (as if the door was a bit shorter than it was meant to be) - whilst it did not bother us much, we felt a lacking privacy element. Whilst the breakfast was decent, the breakfast hall gets crowded quickly - but it is not a deal breaker :)

Location, staff friendliness, parking accessibility, overall experience :) You get what you pay for - and that is a good value for money. Would definitely consider staying there again if we visit the city :)

The fridge in the room is very noisy. The breakfast space is quite small, and there are very few vegetarian options. Plain flakes, seeds, nuts, raisins and higher-quality cheeses should be added.

A charming old-era hotel with character. There's a beautiful statue of Our Lady on the third floor. Pictures from old times are also nice. The staff are amazing and very helpful."
