Room was too hot. Aircon fan would only blow ambient air. We asked the hotel staff for help and were told the hotel aircon system was off. So we had to choose between a room that was too hot for sleeping with the window closed, or having a cooler room with the window open but with a fair bit of noise from a nearby road and trams. The room aircon should have been available to use, especially given the cost of the room. Not the cheapest but (aircon aside) the quality of the room and location reflect that.

Nice, modern hotel. Good sized room. Good central location. Helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast.

Bathroom is a bit old style with bathtub. Restaurant was crowded in the morning (but it was high time on Eastern weekend...)

Hotel is located in the downtown, just below the castle. Has quite large parking place for a fair price. Staff is professional, and helpful. Rooms are commfortable and clean. Breakfast is super, with huge selection

This is a historical building - refreshed but from the previous epoch - be aware of that. Still, good place to stay.

It was our pit-stop during trip from Austrian Alps - near the city center, with parking in front of the hotel, with very good and diversified breakfast and cosy and clean rooms.

The staff at the breakfast was a bit rude. I forgot my room number, and instead of showing any empathy or willingness to help, they refused the entry. I had to walk back upstairs to check the number myself.

The hotel iThe hotel location is quite convinient, and the entire city centre is in the walking distance. The staff was helpfull and had no issues swaping our twin bed room for double bed. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Breakfast restaurant was crowded this morning. One section of restaurant was closed off and everyone else was bumper to bumper.

Getting to the hotel was a little tricky using the location given.

The hotel is in a great location being close to several eateries and shops. The breakfast spread was very good with lots of options.

We had booked a crib for our small baby, but when we arrived, they told us that they did not have any available, even though they had confirmed it. As compensation, they gave us a discount on the second day. The staff was mixed, some of them were very nice while other were rude.

Everything, but special prize goes to the shower... Absolutely marvelous! Also soap, shower gel and body lotion were not just some generic things! I had also an amazing view from the window. Breakfasts were served from 6:30 and there was huge selection of food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my best stays ever!

On the above floor level they had renovation works from 8:30 to 17:30, which caused noise during the day several times. Parking is expensive (18 eur/night on the ground floor level in front of the hotel and 22 eur/night in the underground garage).

Location was just perfect, the room had view to the castle and the back stair of the hotel goes almost until the main street. 5 min walking from everything. Room was spacious, we could fit even the baby bed. Bed was wide and comfortable. We liked the wall between the shower and bedroom, cause it could be switched from water glass to milk glass. Breakfast was delicious and varied. I lost my earrings in the room somewhere (in the elevator I noticed that one of them was missing). I went back to the room, where the stuff already has started the cleaning, I asked the cleaning ladies to give it back to me if they find it. After the breakfast they came to me giving me back the earring, they were very kind. Every day new towels and perfect cleaning. Payment in euro was possible. There was enough parking places, no need to book it in advance.

Very good hotel in this category of object. It is located in the city center of Brno, very close to every place in the city. Maybe from the outside it looks like old, but inside is very modern and luxuious. The breakfast was extremly good - very wide choise of food.

A little pity that the window in the room cannot be opened, only tilted

Nice, classy hotel and very friendly staff; clean and well-equipped rooms, our upper floor room at the back of the hotel had a great view and it was very quiet to sleep in, the bed was also very big and comfy; amazing breakfast buffet - all in all, great value for your money
