The A/C was not that cold as I wisshed smiler to the most of the hotel in the Prague but there was balcony wish was easily for me to open to get cold air

It’s clean and they are using l'occitane products which I assumed to be one of the best in the market .. I also liked the value of money and the bed was very comfortable .. I like photo frames and this hotel have very beautiful ones

The restaurant is very noisy during dinner time. On the other hand meals and drinks are very delicious.

I would like to bring to your attention a minor concern that I encountered. I noticed that I was charged for items such as a water bottle and a small bottle of wine in my room. While I understand that these items may come at an additional cost, it was surprising for me, as a guest, to find out about these charges only upon checkout. In my expectation of a five-star hotel, I assumed that certain amenities, especially basic ones like water, would be complimentary or at least clearly communicated as chargeable. I believe that transparency in communicating such charges can enhance the overall guest experience. It would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could consider making this information more visible, either in the room or during the check-in process, to avoid any surprises for future guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic, the ambiance was delightful, and your staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and professionalism throughout my stay.

Breakfast options could have been better. I don't like frankfurters and maybe more choice on how the eggs are cooked. And lastly, toast please.

Room was great. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was slightly disappointing but then again I am English!

Staff not very helpful at check-in- also not very pleasant when checking out- Payment taken for 1st night stay prior to arrival- on arrival debited the full amount from my card rather than taking the difference owed- still waiting for my payment to be returned by bank- this has never happened before- breakfast awful!

Breakfast is good, but needs to improve in variety to the next level to achieve 5-star status.

Excellent location, amazing staff. Everything looks nice and clean. The balconies with the view to the square are unbelievable. The reception kept our luggage after check-out, offered us bottles of water before leaving for the airport and promptly showed availability to help us with the transfer.

Shower was not enjoyable to use as didn’t have much room as it faced across the bath with taps and products next to it so was quite restrictive and uncomfortable

The lower floors might be a little noisy, as you are on the main square. So aim high.

The Jalta Boutique hotel is in a great location - within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. With both the tram line and train stations very close by. We stayed here for a few nights as we started our European honeymoon, the staff were very helpful in tiring to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms were large and very comfortable. Note: The morning breakfast was a must.
