Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is marked to have parking but upon arrival we were told that that is a mistake. We were unable to park and we had to cancel the stay and find another hotel.
I liked the attitude of the staff. Due to a mistake in the hotels offer we were unable to stay in the hotel but the staff agreed to refund our booking.

The cleanliness, no shower gel, furniture is old and dirty. Door locks were old and in bad condition. No cleaning of rooms.

there is no water cooker in the room, not even a bottle of water. Very cheap service in the room. Ther breakfast food was realy cheap.

In the listing it says that there is a parking. Yes. Paid parking on the street and very hard to find a spot after 6pm.

i recieved 2 email what seying i need to pay 2000kc deposit becouse we will probably smoke in room ... ?????? thats sound strange and later was seying to me i need pay to deposit in cash ?????? when i sed i need to live at 5 o'clock ...they sey pay me with card ?=? in the end comunication was a little bit comfused ,,,but in the end they give me my deposit next day when i leave then everything ok,,,but just touching the bo*ex with some deposit ,,,,today everyone have a card in the system when they book there rooms ,then if hapend and someone smoke in room they shut be able to charge them ,,,becouse i dont smoke then this pissmeoff

Hotel is very old and it needs some renovation inside. Electric kettle in the room would be nice. It was a bit loud since the hotel is next to the busy street.

Check in process was so bad. I had to wait 1 hour before I could even check in and the guy ho work as reception couldn't even speak properly Czech or English. Room smelled weird the moment i entered the room.

It was too noisy. The walls were not equipped with voice isolators, so that it could be heard the noise from the neighboring room. The same could be said about the noise coming from the street.

The room was quite small. No trash bin in the room, only tiny one in the toilet. No air conditioner - it was hot in the room (the fan wasn’t helping much). The bed was uncomfortable - two separate beds kept shifting which led us to falling into the gap at night.

The hotel needs to be renovated. In the period I was the hotel was overpriced.
