Wifi was very poor (or wasn’t operate)

Comfortable beds, silence, no disturbing noise from inside or outside the hotel. Good water pressure, and small nice bathroom was here. Unfortunately there were no handrail in the bathtub / shower, and it might difficult to get out the bath, it may be a bit slippery. The breakfast was delightful, and plenty delicious continental food. All together, it’s a nice small hotel, in a good area, you easily find, sth dinner to you around here. It’s really close (approx 5 min walk) to the subway line A, and many tramlines are near to the hotel.

TV did not work, but as we only slept over the night, it was not a problem.

Breakfast was very good! Tasty coffee. Room was quite small, but clean and comfortable. Spacious bathroom! Comfy beds.

I am a light sleeper, so I had to sleep with earplugs, because the doors aren't very sounfproof, so whenever someone was in the hallway talking loudly, I woke up. Same goes for people walking outside due to the floorboards creaking.

A very nice hotel in an very convenient location! The hotel is only a few minutes away from the tram station Jana Masaryka where line 22 passes, which was great because the line 22 took me everywhere I needed to go. I also liked the size of my room, it was spacious enough for one person, there was plenty of space to store my belongings and overall it was very clean. Also, I thought the bed very comfortable!!

The floor is covered was carpet which is not very sanitary as far as I know. The walls are thin which can be an issue if you get a loud neighbors or you are a light sleeper. But these minuses are subjective for me. All the rest was perfect.

Really good hotel at amazing location. It is a quite, very green area but it is super accessible with multiple trams and buses. Or just 30 min walk from city center. The stuff was very nice and helpful. Available 24/7 and supporting every request we had (like having a hot water at 4 am or randomly changing towels). Room was clean and cozy. Bathroom was almost same size as a room and very comfortable.

1. The WI-FI almost doesn’t work at all in my room. 2. The bathroom tap water has strange smell

The atmosphere of this hotel fits to the atmosphere of this city. 100% Pepitschcovo style :) There is no option to not fall in love in this city.

Some members of the staff could be a bit more welcoming 🙂 Breakfast was basic not too many options but ok, coffee wasn’t good at all, could be the coffee machine, not sure.

Renovated, clean new rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice room view and quiet area. Close to tram and metro station. Kettle with Tea & Coffee offered in the room.

A bit outdated room with a couple of things not working (shower head holder, missing non slip layer/mat in the shower). The room was also quite small and a bit hard to move around. There was also construction work outside (not the hotels fault) and the windows were not very soundproof, plus there was a top window which was impossible to close without climbing on the window cell and risking an injury (as a recommendation for the hotel, I think it would be great if the top windows were closed as default on arrival). But overall, good value for money :)

Good location, fair price, nice breakfast, clean room, friendly and helpful staff, 24/7 reception desk with luggage storage options and the biggest plus was the sweetest cat to play with at the lobby 😊

Hotel has great location, nearby restaurants and just walking distance to the city center, 20min walk or you can take a tram. Hotel is selling also public trabsport tickets. Hotel staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast has a good selection and fresh vegetable.

Lots of stairs. Stairs to enter. Stairs to go to small garden srea. Stairs to go to breakfast. Stairs to get to room. Elevator did not reach room floor. One small window way up high. Very small room. Very little natural light. Location was far from Old city and most of what we wanted to see.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room had AC and a bathtub. Both rare in Europe.

Don't expect a anything fancy. This is basic type of 3-star facility of older date. Still the value/price is amazing

Location is very convenient in hip part of town - Vinohrady. For this level of price, you will hardly get a better value.

The too soft pillow was my biggest problem so nothing big really. Location is easy to access but the steet our window was looking to was quite loud at night and in the morning (trucks? buildings nearby?) so we coudn't leave the window open.

The breakfast was really fine with more than enough options to chose from. Staff was nice, room was clean and tidy, the air conditioner was very useful in the summer heat, so altogether it was a very good experience to stay there.

the parking is far from hotel and the lift doesn’t not reach the fourth floor
