The carpark is very narrow. The entrance to the garage is very small.

I stayed there for 5 days, beds were made only once during those days and we got clean towels once. My room was not vacuumed until I complaint day before we went home and then only rug undir the bed was vacuumed, not all the floor. Tables were not cleaned these days. This is a 4 star hotel and I thought they would keep the room neat and clean, that was my only disappointment during this stay.

Breakfast was great! Spa was wonderful, even if I didnt know that you cant wear swimming clothes to the Sauna ;) Only 5 minutes walk to Metro and 1 km downtown. Bed very comfortable and room was beautiful. Everything in this hotel is beautiful and pleasant. I would for sure stay there again!

Air Condition cannot be switched off and air is pretty dry as a result. In summer that's not a problem, in colder days a bit uncomfy. But I guess thats a bit subjective anyways.

Excellent experience. Very well: Room / Appartment (no.522) was excellent including private roof top terrace. Appartment is clean and modern, 2 rooms, bathroom and kitchenette. Nespressomachine, Toaster and Waterkettle were provided. Breakfast: Plenty space, great selection of food and drinks (bread, cornflakes, warm food, fruit, veggy all was there and perfectly restocked in time). We always came around 9AM (4 people) had loads of tables available and service was very good - staff was cleaning and restocking constantly and with a very warm attitude. Thanks for that- it was a great experience. Parking: Entrance/Exit is somewhat narrow but perfectly fine to manage. There were large SUVs, VW Bulli Bus and other large cars that fittet perfect. Garage is clean, safe and directly accessible via Lift from reception/apartments. Expensive - yes, but you are in the absolute center of a capitol city. Location: 8 min walk with 2 kids to Wenceslas Square, 15min to old city. Absolutely perfect central location and everything is in reach within a few minute walk. Overall: High recommendation of this Hotel. Great location, nice apartment, good staff, good breakfast and safespot for your car.

The room was quite clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, the room offered a basic TV with youtube and such - it was actually a nice touch. The hotel Is easy to find, yet quite secluded allowing you enjoy some peace.

Breakfast are mediocre...but appropriate for the standard.

Very quiet and spacious rooms, nice sleep. You can swithch off AC entirely if you wish and open the windows. No sounds from the hallway, street or neighboring rooms. You can make room entirely dark with curtains.

Nothing that I did not like, though I did wish somebody explained to me I needed my room card to make the lift work. I looked a little silly trying to figure that one out. It also was not clear on the listing that the spa is not included in the hotel booking.

This is nitpicking, really: Kitchen utensils were a bit lacking, some aren't really good for anything, if you're really going to cook your meals. Some cleaning detergent and paper towels could be good.

Everything. A great and beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable, well designed and equipped. In comparison to other hotels that are too old and need interior refreshing, this one is sleek. VERY RECOMMEND!

The air conditioning could not be switched off, so if you can not stand the contious work of air conditioning, you might have probems.

Our only complaints would be the pillows are really really really soft, even double stacked they were uncomfortable. The other complaint related to the size of the towels (the biggest ones were equivalent to a large hand towel. The angle of tiling in the shower also meant that water didn’t reach the drain and flooded the bathroom whenever we showered.

Location was nice and central for us and a reasonable walk to all of the places we wanted to visit. Clean and very modern room, staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast had a nice variation of offerings.

Kettle to boil water for our tea in the flask that we take with us. Staff was very helpful, providing hot water from their machine but it was not convenient to come downstairs and bother the staff every time we need to fill our flask.

Control of temperature in the room was deficient. Even though it was only March the room was uncomfortably warm and the thermostat would not allow any cooling of the room below 21c. For me that is too warm but others may disagree. One night it rose to 24c and that was too much for me. Windows only open a bit but then you have some street noise even though it is in a little back road. I would hesitate coming here in the height of summer if the temperature could not be reduced

Room - got a twin bedded room - would have preferred a double bed but it was no big deal. The rooms are well-appointed but no mini bar. Super shower and open wardrobe space. I was only here 2 nights so this was no issue. Similarly, I was untroubled about the lack of cleaning of the room, it is a sad feature of many hotels these days but it didn't bother me. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. The spa was superb. If you like a sauna this is the place for you! It did cost extra and was not run by the hotel itself but was so welcome after a long day of seeing clients. The hotel was just a few minutes walk from IP Pavlova metro stop with trams even closer. 5 mins walk to the Londoner pub if you want to take in Champions League football matches too.

The kettle is missing in room so if you want to drink something you have to go to reception.Also room cleaning would be nice more often than after 3days and lot of dishes were dirty in breakfast.

Prices for parking and the price for the Pet's daily rate are very high. 30 euros per day for Parking and 30 euros per day for Pet.

It was a little out of the centre but with great transport links it was not a problem.
