To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

LatviaThe junior suite second bed was rather uncomfortable (extended sofa where the feet were higher than the head). Had some minor issues with the pricing/payment but that was sorted well and I got refunded. After having been to various hotels in Prague, I'd say this one is good, yet for the price I expected better.
The hotel has nice interior, a very nice gym, and the room was spacious. It's located 10-15min walk from the main attractions. The breakfast was rather standard but good.

The location is the best - all the main points are at walking distance. The room was clear and cozy, with small terrace as we requested. Personnel were nice and smiley, breakfast was tasty. Definitely recommend

TurkeyHouse keeping was the only downfall. At first the room was clean but next day, they didn’t clean the coffee cups, coffe machine, didn’t renew the paper towels, didn’t vacuum, made the beds sloppy. We had to complain about it to front desk, next day it was better but not good enough.
Where to begin? Location is great, the staff was so helpful. Especially the front desk staff were always welcoming us with chocolates. Breakfast was great value, lots of options (even there was champagne). Room was spacious. We were quite comfortable.
