It was quite noisy, there was construction and vehicle noises a lot and one night I couldn't sleep. My room was next to the road.

AC in room was not working there is timer set for one hour only so it’s very hot in night and could not sleep. Breakfast is average and not worth for charges paid

There are no large beds, only single so you have to push the beds together. The room did not match a 4 - star hotel as the facilities were quiet basic and only had 1 pack of tea and coffee. Additionally, the rooms are not very well noise isolated and noise from the hallways travels across. Parts of the room are new and renovated, howevers the rest is pretty old and outdated such as the bathroom.

The hotel has great location and easy access to public transport. The room was very comfortable temperature and nice size for 2 people. Comfortable beds.

AC was shutting down in the night which causes suffocation. I need to call the receptionist to report the problem and then it works.

Poor communication about the breakfast policy. Each guest needs to bring the paper room key jacket to show to the employee working the front counter.

Ask all the young teenagers to be a lot quieter and to be respectful of other visitors

Food, hygiene,some receptionist, mattress 324 hard.Too load occasionally with teenagers raising voices at midnight in next room, no sleep at all on one night. I had to cancel my 9am appointment at next day.

I’m on my 3rd stay and last night 13th February next room residents were screaming and being silly at midnight and I was then awake last brill 4am, I could not go to my 9am appointment. The mattress in room my room as also too firm .

Sauna / Sports stuff could be discounted a bit for guests. The fact you need the paper your key came with to great breakfast is a bit silly .

It was a great value. Very clean and comfortable! I love that it’s in Zizkov. I would be happy stay there again on one of my Prague visits.

As nearly everywhere in Central Europe, the curtains were not blinding so if you want to be sure of a good continued sleep in the morning, bring eye patches.

This is a no-nonsense hotel that offers exactly what is advertised. A wide variety of rooms (twin, triple and family rooms) that are each equipped with individual AC-units. Although not luxurious, the accomodation is never simple or uninspiring. Metro and trams are nearby as are numerous restaurants and a supermarket. I missed breakfast every morning - combination of arriving in the room late and comfortable beds - some people may find them a bit firm but I slept really well. Service is great, too. We overslept checkout time and this was no problem. We also changed rooms during our stay because of a changed number of friends attending and this too was not the slightest problem for the staff.

Breakfast was fine if you don't want hot food. Otherwise, the selection on offer was very poor. My room was certainly clean enough but the decor was rather tired and a bit shabby in places. Being honest, I expected more from the Wellness Centre. It had a good selection of saunas and pleasant relaxation areas. However, it got extremely busy during the evening and the single very small jacuzzi was ridiculously small given the number of people wanting to use it. At least they had a mechanism in place that it couldn't be used for longer than 15 minutes at a time. I had a 3 night stay, and I would've liked to have seen a pricing option to provide unlimited access during a hotel stay instead of having to pay for entry on each day.

A pleasant welcome and efficient process at Check-in. A good base for getting around town as there is a tram stop literally right outside the front of the hotel, whilst the nearest Underground station is a short walk away. The Wellness Centre was nice (although not exceptional) that included periodic Sauna Rituals.

(The conditioner only functions during the summer, making temperature regulation challenging.) ➖The complimentary breakfast is acceptable but falls short of the expectations set by chain 4-star hotels

I'm grateful for my room and the bonus of a kettle kit for tea and coffee, which isn't available in all economy rooms!! ➕The location is excellent, with convenient access to both the city center and the train station. ➕Friendly staff and amazing prices at the hotel's restaurant. ➕The supermarket is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, TV and Wi-Fi in the room. Good location near the Olšanský hřbitov and the whole Žižkov area is great. By tram you can easily get to the old town and the railway station. The breakfast was amazing, everything tasted great and there was a lot of kinds of cake. :) The service was also very nice.
