It was Not clean, very bad smell from wc. parking was an advantage.

No chairs, no table in the rooms, no tea coffee facilities (only kettle upon request). Unless you ask to change the room for the one with chairs at least). But location is very good, and staff is helpful.

Firstly, the location on Google Maps seems to be incorrect, causing a bit of confusion upon arrival. It might be beneficial for the hotel to update it for guests to avoid any inconvenience. On a more pressing note, there was an issue with a blocked drain in the bathroom. The receptionist assured us that it would be repaired the next day. Unfortunately, the promised repair did not happen, and there was no sign or communication explaining the delay. This lack of follow-through was disappointing and impacted the overall comfort of our stay. The receptionist on duty at our chec out on Christmas day was pretty unfriendly.

The limited amount of hot water (enough for only one person to shower). Also the price was higher than hotel prices in Vienna or Budapest.

Google Maps lies about the location to an egregious degree, this needs to be fixed. It literally sends you to a large hotel complex a couple of blocks in front of the right address. The hotel is actually not that hard to find, within a block or two of several tram lines and a short walk from Flora metro station.

The area around the hotel looked a little dodgy at first but it is a trendy neighborhood, lots of coffee shops and ethnic restaurants, and other small hotels. It reminded me of Brooklyn NY, but without the cooler-than-thou attitude. Main attraction Zizkov Tower, with creepy possibly alien babies crawling over it, symbolizes the quirky spirit of the place. The DIY laundry service at the hotel was very helpful.

The receptionis upon the arrival was not very friendly. If someone went on the stairs we could hear every word. The room did not look nothing like the pictures.

The location was very conventient. The check in and check out was very easy.

There was no lift, the apartment was on the 2nd floor with steep staircases. Difficult to go up with luggage The apartment was very basic with bare necessities. The toilet and bath didn't have locks. Bath had a clogged drain and was draining very slowly. There was no curtain so the bathroom gets wet after just one shower. Single beds are small and ok for comfort. The front desk staff seemed rude and there is no place to place luggage securely.. so good luck if u arrive before 2pm check in time.

Apartment was specious for the price. Location is at a fair distance from public transportation

There was no toilet paper. The rooms were not like the one indicated in the picture. Some parts of the apartment were dirty. The bathroom smelled bad upon arrival. The halls were also not clean at all.

The room size was acceptable for 6 people. The beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was convenient to reach the city center. The check-in was simple and quick, arriving at night was not an issue.

It was really dirty like no one cleaned it for a year dust and hair were everywhere and it would get on the bed, socks, our feet, and all over our luggage it was really uncomfortable.

The Breakfast was very bad. The buildings had no elevator but was not mentioned. It had a broken glass table. dangerous to the kids.

The shower was broken and didn't have a lock + had an open window which you could see someone sitting on the toilet if you were on one of the beds

The beds are really nice! It was also quite quiet after 10 pm. Very close to the city centre and in a nice neighborhood, we ended up not needing public transport at all

There is no elevator. Autocar cannot bring guests to the hotel door. Customers have to manually pull luggage from a great distance.
