Would be nice to have fridge or mini bar in there room. For 4 stars hotel it should be a standard. There is also no option to book parking in advance.

Very nice hotel, located not that far away from the center. Room was very nice with big balcony. Breakfast was quite good. I excepted more vegetables. But anyway was tasty

We had to use the parking in the hotel, but no we didn't know we were going to have to pay since it was part of the hotel. That is the only reason why I chose 8 out of 10. Because it is ok to pay for parking, but it would be a good idea to see that somewhere when you're booking.

The place better than I thought. The room was big enough. It was also nice to have a kettle in the room. The bar offers good drinks, and breakfast was good for the price.

Everything about the hotel. Environment is great, cool, calm. There is a lovely sitting lounge, with the eat out area also very nice and spacious. Our attenders were amaziiiing! Each one speaks English too. Food was gooooood! 😋. And the room neat with a balcony.

The checkout process was a little slow and I had a taxi waiting. I wonder if this could be improved/automated and rather than paperwork issued, instead the receipt emailed - this would help for a smooth, efficient checkout.

Great hotel as normal. had a stay at Pentahotel in Hong Kong branch few years ago comfortable, clean, quiet, and supermarket near the hotel. 2-3mins walk to tram stop.

Although as I mentioned the atmosphere in the lounge is more bar-like, at the check-in it might be a bit overwhelming: music, dimmed lights, lots of people, drinks being made... and you do the check-in at the bar. Second cons that I can think of was the glass wall in the shower area which is simply too small and makes the water splash around everywhere over the bathroom, but not much can be made around this. Still, overall experience made my stay highly appreciated - thanks!

Nice spacious room with shower cabin. Perfect for a city break. Super delicious breakfast with variety of food. I faced a situation when a sports team came to the breakfast area (ca. 40 people at a time) and the staff did manage (bravo!) to keep the bar full of food. Very well equipped gym with top class machines, plenty of space and possibility to turn on additional lights and control volume of music which I very much enjoyed. Wifi was fine although in my room I had small issues with coverage. Interesting atmosphere in the lounge, actually it looks more like a club with a big bar, offering drinks and relaxation area including billiards. Convenient location, 100m from nearest metro station. A grocery store just in the next building availavle.
