Very clean, easy to reach, extremely well organized, great and simple breakfast, incredibly equipped kitchen, great amenities, great location and wonderful relaxing places to sit.

Fridge in the bedrooms are small and don't allow food or wine storage for guests (it's forbidden). Economy rooms are at the top of the building, and are super hot during summer. The rooms are without air conditioning so be ready to sweat. If you open the windows to let some cool air in, you'll hear noise from the street and cars passing by. Really disturbs your sleep. Perhaps a reason to upgrade to a better room. Rooms are a bit noisy, you can hear everything from the corridors, and a some also from other rooms. Automatic lights just outside the bedroom also are a bit problematic, since the bathrooms are outside the room. If you go to the toilet during the night, once you open your door a very strong light illuminates everything bothering anyone in bed.

It is a wonderful place to stay at a good price. The staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is continental and is well complemented by a fiscally reasonable 24/7 self-service area offering an extensive variety of snacks and drinks. The facilities are clean and sufficient to be comfortable. It’s an easy walk into the city, yet far enough away to remain quiet at the hotel.

Very nice and clean property.

Only the painting in the room wasn’t good to have it as the motive wasn’t optimal for good energy in the room.

Silent. Outside town. Self checkin. Self service. Very comfortable accommodation. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable.

The city tax is collected at place and not included in the price. The parking is also paid afterwards.

The rooms and facilities are beautiful and look new and cozy! All self service, quiet in the lobby, seating outside as well, kids corner with many toys 👍

It was quite a few people for one shower only as they are shared, in the evening it was not easy to find the bathroom free. Also the walls are not very sound proof as I could hear neighbors talking.

Luhacovice is a lovely, historical spa

So called "Apartment - anex" is situated in a diffrent part of town, 500 meters down the hill from hotel Vincent. It's a small house standing 2 meters from the busy road (cars, buses, trucks, trains nearby). No garden, no shared space, no children play area, no peace and relaxation. There is no information about that fact. If there is, I wouldn't choose it going there with a 2-years old child. And the most unsatisfying (diplomaticly speaking) is the reaction of the management who was persistently claiming that there was an information about the localisation. Indeed, there was on their own page. But I was using booking for making reservation. It would be alright if they simply say: sorry, our fault, we apologize. Insteda they've chosen the stategy of denying everything. I'm using booking for 11 years now and never give a one star opinion. And for the first time we've left tha apartment one night before.

Very much liked the apartment, spacious, well equipped and very comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent. Also, just a short walk to the city centre.

Everything! We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the rooms were and the bathrooms! For the price, this place went above and beyond our expectations. Check in was very easy, and breakfast was served in the morning.
