Clean and comfortable, helpful staff, perfect breakfast

Not necessarily bad things: - We didn't find fridge inside the room, maybe other one could have, therefore don't bring any food by yourself (I personally don't do that anyway, so just for your information) + BUT if you're kind and respectful, they probably won't have any problem to find solution for that :) • When I was once outside on parking area, I couldn't find any thrash bin there, but that's not a big issue, just sayin'

+ Exceptional cleanliness + Kind staff + Safe bike storage (which they didn't mention here at booking I think..) - you don't have to worry at all about your bike The only unusual requirement is to take your shoes off, before going upstairs to the room, you can take slippers (they are provided). I personally didn't have any issue with that, because at home you'll probably also take your shoes off :)

Breakfast was great. Nice hotel & very clean. A little out of the way of Trutnov (where I wanted to be) but only £5(ish) in a taxi & with a bus stop 1 minute walk away. At 1st I though the slippers thing was a bit odd (outdoor shoes left in a rack by the back door hallway) but it was fine - sandals are provided & I guess it shows that the hotel care about their property!

You may pay for any services/room just in cash (any currency) and breakfast was on "4" (2 fried eggs, some cheese, bread, butter, apple juice and tea/coffee)

Good location + clear and big rooms + excellent service. I plan to stay here in future when will be in Czech Republic.

We been kindly asked to take slippers every time when we go upstairs in our room. Seems that the cleaning is very important and I appreciate that but I think this can be improved. Maybe disposable slippers, is not hygienic to use the same slippers with others or maybe a bench were you change your shoes

Staff were very friendly and made us to feel welcome. We liked very much the traditional Czech food and that it was very clean. In my opinion very good price for all the facilities. Definitely recommend

The shower isn't great, it is a bath that we couldn't use while standing.

The room is like a small old apartment, decorated classic Czech, very nice, it gives a cosy, homey and warm feeling.

Make sure to bring your own slippers. Shoes are not allowed upstairs and in the rooms.

Clean, good facilities in the rooms and a very good and cheap restaurant located right downstairs. The rooms are well priced and comfortable. Communication is a bit difficult because most of the staff don't speak English. A little bit of google translate got the job done so no big problems here.

Pension was little far away but busses went well.

Pension was really sweet and good value for money. Staff did not know england really well but luckily there was one staff member, younger guy who did know little english and was really helpfull and super nice! Cheers for you from the finnish couple "two siders and two beers to go" :D

My request to check in early was accepted through booking, but when we arrived our room was not ready. However they allowed us to use it to change and leave the bags, so it was solved quickly!

Its a big pension, perfect if you want to cycle in Trutnov trails. We had absolutely delicious breakfast! Our room was very big and comfortable, big beds and sofa.

The location is quite convenient because the hotel is situated on kind of a crossroad, so from the it is easy to travel to the mountains (e.g. Snezka), but the little town (where the hotel is situated) has nothing to offer so in the evening for going out You should definitely use a car or public transport and go Trutnov that is nearby.

Penzion itself was quite good. The staff even called as in advance to find out if we arriving and what exact time to wait for us. The strangest thing ever (it happened for us for the first time) was that we were kindly asked to use slippers at the hotel - for that we had leave our shoes in special place at the back entry to the hotel.

you need to wear slippers before going upstairs and store your shoes/slippers in communal area. During my stay i left my slippers on the rack and when coming back they were gone,!!! Staff tried to help but could not find it...

very close to the main road. noise all night hot in room, no ventilation impossible to open the window at night for fresh air due to constant noise you need to be without shoes to walk in the corridor
