The hotel is located on the hill, the road was bit icy - we received information regarding preparing snow chain. The pool was a bit cold.

The room was nice, clean and big. There is a pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Also a very nice restaurant with tasty food. Around the hotel many ski lifts, stores and restaurants.

Breakfast was weak for 4 start, service inconsistent, very water juice, limited fruit, most days only cheap rollic and toast bread. Hotel is a good 3 star but not a 4 star

Great location with parking, Pool and Sauna, Dinner al carte restaurant with Libor. Family suite had big rooms, nice view and modern bathroom.

Breakfast coffee was a disaster. The cleaning service did not exist basically. Not making the beds, not cleaning the glasses so, one had neither a glass to drink something from it nor any detergent to make it clean himself. The person at the reception was totally confused, mostly not responding clearly to any question. Luckily, the other lady coming for the other days was kind and clear in communication. Charging CZK50 for slippers and CZK50 for a robe is unusual in a wellness hotel. These are usually at one's disposal in each hotel room for free. Also, if the reception states that slippers and robe are for CZK50 then one comprehends that both, not CZK50 each. Getting a drink in the wellness bar in a can without any glass is awful. One can get lethal leptospirosis. Not providing a glass at the pool did not have any safety reason as customers drinking sparkling wine got glasses. At least a plastic cup should be provided. The room had neither minibar nor a fridge. The biggest disaster is the night music bar. Customers pay the hotel owner during days for basically a single service - overnight sleeping. And the same hotel owner accepts money from other people at nights to do all their best against the first service provided to those who paid for sleeping. Insane. The reception is open only 12hours a day, which is insufficient.

The restaurant was the best thing in the whole hotel. Kind and helpful staff, a very good chief. The room was spacious. The location and the view from the terrace were fantastic.

When it rained it collected on the roof and then dropped down onto the metal roof outside our window and was loud so kept us awake. The wellness area needs some updating. The sauna, kneipp bath and whirlpool were all not working. The receptionist at the wellness was not friendly or welcoming. Breakfast was basic but ok however, 2 out of the 4 mornings the second heating unit was not being used. The juices were extremely watered down.

Really liked our room. Had plenty of space for 3 of us. Beds were quite comfortable. The decor was very attractive. The wardrobe shelving unit were really good. The fridge was quiet. Bathroom was good and had a great shower. Dining/breakfast room was nicely decorated and pleasant.

Villages streets up the hill near Praha hotel were treacherous to walk and drive..More attention needed from village authorities to enhance walking and driving up those hills..

It’s very noisy from the floors down and up. We stayed 3 nights and none of the days the room was cleaned with the reason short in staff and/or new personnel 🤔. In the advert a “wellness” is mentioned although small kids as babies and youngsters are also allowed with crying and screaming. So it’s more a kindergarten with swimming pool, sauna and whirlpool. That’s disappointing for us as we like our relaxing in a wellness.

Looks nice and well maintained. Good facilities for t he wintersport equipment. The restaurant has good breakfast. We had one time dinner which was good.

Reception only till 8pm. (Not possible borrow equipment for billiard after this hour). Wellness is till 9pm. But if you think that you will go for dinner after, You are in big mistake. Basically it is not possible to get something for eat in entire Spindl after 9.30pm. There is no service of Wolt or Damejidlo at all either. (At least out of main season). Also I would prefer more time for breakfast than only 8-10am and check-out at least 11am. As we are late types of people, we struggled.

Nice modern furniture and bathroom. Wellness is fine.

All little things cost extra (towels, slippers, iron), it is very affordable so shouldn’t break the bank but still I was surprised about the iron and ironing board. Spa was nice but jakuzzi wasn’t clean (had a very odd smell). Some saunas and jakuzzi require you to be undressed, so make sure to wrap yourself in a towel and maybe shower after sauna in the changing room not outside the sauna itself or you might get unwanted company which would be as surprised as you. Didn’t happen to me but to a few other people in the spa.

Everything was amazing! The hotel was very helpful! We went on my father’s birthday and the hotel team has helped me to order a cake from a local supplier, prepared Prosecco in his room. The service in the restaurant was exceptional, and the food was very good for a very affordable price. Rooms were clean and modern. Hotel location is great, about 3 minutes walk to the centre with a free shuttle bus to the ski slopes.

There wasn’t a bar open until 9pm which is late for a family and not good for apres ski. Reception closed at 8pm so you couldn’t use the pool table after that.

The rooms are very modestly equipped. No kettle or mineral water in the room. No luggage trolley, especially if the guest is disabled. Very poor breakfast with low-quality products and little variety. Very high additional costs, such as the stay of two small dogs for 44 Euro per night and the prices of drinks in the hotel restaurant. High price for very poor and expensive services.

Hotel was fine but it closer resembled 3 star hotel than 4 star. Couple small things like: no fridge and no kettle in each room, door lock was jamming every time I tried to open it. Overall hotel looked a bit outdated

no one cleaned the room from 3 days staying there, only the second day when i was complained about cleaning Someone came and took the garbage and make our bed. not clear the glasses , all empty bottles still leaves on the table, even didn’t cleaned the floor .unbelievable! I was ordered the room with double bed, but when I came I saw it was two small beds which was near each other and looks like a big bed( but always the beds parted). I was asking at the reception if it’s possible to change the room for the room with a real double bed? But the adult woman from reception answered not really friendly that : all beds in this hotel like single beds, so she can’t offer anything else! It was no fridge in the room, but I think it have to be there at least a small one!

The rooms are not soundproof and we could hear every little movement and talking on the corridor. The floors are hollow and every step is like a bang. The rooms don’t have any ventillation or AC so in the morning the air was a quite stale (in the winter when windows have to be closed). The Wi-Fi was unstable and very slow.

Close to the town center, looks very modern after a remodeling. Has a spa and a restaurant inside.
