This is a lovely, comfortable, hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The setting and ambiance is among the nicest that we have experienced. A bonus is the complimentary wine and cheese that they offer from 5-5:30 every day. Across the street from the US Embassy. I can’t offer a stronger recommendation.

1. The breakfast quality and choice is poor and need to be improved especially at the asking price (for instance, the ham is really of a bad and cheap quality), we only went to the breakfast once for this reason. 2. The bathroom really need an update- eg: a toilet seat soft close system with hydraulic rotary dampers, heated floor, new shower box ( presently it feels like we re back in the 90s).

The SPA-pool facilities (they even have a yoga room!), the bedroom size and decoration, the terrace, large wardrobe, the house in itself, the art displayed in the house, the location of the house, the staff welcoming.

Location is quiet and not too far from the touristy areas. Staff and property are really nice and go out of their way to make sure everything is great. Everything is clean and looks much better in reality than in the photos. Sauna and swimming pool are really nice especially since they're free for hotel guests.

The spa pool is a bit strange and needs to be re-modelled. It is of uniform depth and is too deep if you are under 6'2".

The decor throughout the hotel is completely individual. The restaurant, for breakfast and evening meals, is exceptional. Room service orders were delivered to the precise minute requested. Room servicing went on throughout the day and was also exceptional. The location in Mala Strana could not be more convenient for access to trams and all the Prague attractions.

the restaurant on site is ok but unfortunately not on par with the rest of the quality of this amazing hotel.

the location of the hotel is great allowing you to visit Prague and all its sites on foot the hotel has characterful beautiful rooms with all amenities the service across the board is superb with friendly and helpful staff excellent spa facilities brilliant coffee shop There are plenty of really good restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel (U Maliru, Cafe the Paris, Kampa Park, U Modre Kacknicky). The Italian restaurant down the road (part of the Alchymist group) offers great Pizza's. all in all a great hotel if you want to feel spoiled with a wonderful atmosphere and decorations

Could hear the conversation from the other room. The walls need sound proofing English channels were very limited, only news, nothing entertaining, I would have loved to watch a movie at night but there was no option in English.

This hotel is beautiful! The location was great - just below the castle on a quiet dead end street away from the craziness across the rive yet convenient and walkable to everything you want to see in Prague. Our room (two bedroom) was elegant, spacious, comfortable and quiet and the spa was amazing! I loved this hotel - I didn't want to leave!

The services, staff, amenities, location and decor were all perfect! They arranged for airport pick up and drop off with friendly, knowledgeable drivers and clean cars. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Vit and given first class service and a tour of the property, along with complimentary wine and cheese in the beautifully decorated lounge area. Room was spacious and bathroom clean and spacious as well. Front desk reception staff were very helpful with restaurant selection and reservation assistance. Breakfast was great too. Sorry we had only 3 nights. Next time we will take advantage of the wonderful spa services.

this hotel is magical! I have traveled a lot and have always lived in 5* hotels and above. This is the most beautiful and atmospheric. I feel like I live in my own castle. There are not many tenants, the staff does not work noticeably, they do not interfere. But if you need something - you will receive top-level service! Excellent breakfast. In the evening they will straighten your bed and put a small gift (handmade chocolate) An individual approach to each guest .... Everything is very beautiful! You can take a great photo))) The staff is just super! I feel a lot of love and care from the staff)))) This hotel is the best in my memory. Thank you very much! I want to come back here!
