Amazing location, comfortable beds and pretty quiet.

Breakfast is so loud and messy, we decided to skip it after the first day. Bathroom had a pretty strong smell of sewage, don’t know if it was just our room.

Great location, close to the main attractions. Lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything is clean, there is a lift. The breakfast is excellent, fresh vegetables, stewed, marinated. Eggs, bacon, sausages, cheese. Delicious pastries. Yogurt, juices, coffee. I would be happy to stay here again next time.

Slow staff, lack of proper organisation upon arrival and small and dark rooms.

Location. Staff very friendly. We had a car and valet service was very good. Breakfast superb.

A little dated in places, floor tiles cracked in fee places, choice of tv channels very basic.

This place should be the standard for all the hotels. Perfect everything! Beds and pillows so comfy, we felt like we have been sleeping on a cloud. Superb breakfast, which we got for just 4 Euros for us both with Booking.com discount. Staff were super positive and helpful. Quiet location, just a few steps from the business of the old town. We even had our van parked by a valet and returned just to the entrance at a desired time. Simply the best! We surely know were will stay another time in Prague!

Quiet location

Room was very compact and small.

Great location and friendly staff. We booked a family room, which was two adjoining rooms with a proper fifth bed (not a sofa bed or futon). Spacious and clean.

Excellent location, everything nearby. The staff was lovely and helpful. The breakfast was perfect and the restaurant was delicious. Our room was clean and spacious. The classic design of every part of the hotel really makes you fill in Prague.

Clean and in a good location.

The check-in process took about 20 minutes, which in all the hotels we have been to is no more than 5 minutes. We also could not change the temperature of the air conditioning, it was set to 22 degrees, which was too cold for us, so we did not use it..

The location was really good. Big and comfortable beds. The room had air conditioning. There was not noise from outside

The cleaning of the room was late (around 15:00 - 16:00). The air conditioning was a bit noisy

The location in Old Town was great. The desk staff was polite and engaged in conversation.

I would have preferred the housekeeping staff weren’t vacuuming before 9 AM.
