The bed was very noisy, and creaked with the littlest of movement and the pillows were very lumpy.

Great location, close to many connections. Lovely friendly staff. The room was really nice and spacious with modern facilities, also it was lovely to be able to make your own breakfast and have it on the on the balcony. Bathroom very spacious. Parking facilities are very good.. I would stay again when visiting Prague.

I had a perfect experience during my hotel reservation. The room was spacious and made me really happy 🤩🙂. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others!🌟

Everything was perfect!

Very friendly personel, rich and diversified breakfast, clean and the location is perfect to visit by foot or by metro the downtown of the city.

There were minor issues, like the timer knob on the microwave oven not working properly. At the time there were also issues with water pressure, and intermittent problems with availability of hot water. The AC units made weird "blub-blub" like noises at times, but it wasn't too disturbing once I got used to it.

The room (or apartment, more like) had plenty of room and a balcony. I liked the fact that it had a kitchen, which most hotel suites don't have. The two AC units were also a nice feature, as were the motorized window blinds.

Excellent location with Metro C just a few minutes walk away. And right next to Vysehrad fortress. Helpful staff who kept my teabags and milk topped up everyday 🙂. Wonderful air-conditioning which was very welcome for the 30+ degree days

Breakfast was a big disappointment. Poor quality, low selection, and it were hosted in Poke Bistro located in the Residence building. If you like good breakfast I highly recommend skipping breakfast here and finding a different place (there are many beautiful places for breakfast or brunch in Prague)

The accommodation met what we expected. The apartment was nice, the bed was comfy and the personnel was very helpful. The residence has a great location, only 5 mins by walk to the nearest metro station and Vysehrad Park with views of the whole of Prague

A better coffee machine inside the room would be nice. And it's not really a problem but who wants to wear slippers inside, should bring their own.

Easy access from the highway, nice garage underground, around 30 mins walking distance from old town. Good breakfast, good personnel. The subway station Vysehrad is 5 minutes walking distance.

Boiler for water in the hotel is problematic and sometimes we had to wait a lot to have warm water, but after bit of time it was totally ok.

Hotel is literally next to metro station. It’s also very close to entrance to Vyšehrad complex. Location perfect, very good breakfasts, polite staff and kitchenette in the room. Free parking for the car in garage, no problem to leave it a bit longer on the day of leaving and also we left car a bit earlier on a dat of stay - also no problem. Everything very clean and well-organised.

Vysechrad metro station isn't easy for family with a stroller

Apartment was really nice. Breakfast food was a bit limited, but enough for the whole family. Vysechrad metro station is really close.

Clean, modern, functional and convenient to local transit. great parking and very easy access to the city. Warmly greeted and checkin was fast and easy. The suite was spacious and very comfortable. On-site parking was easy and secure. We simply had a 10 out of 10 experience.

Maybe a tray or small stool in the bathroom would be nice to place clothes or something but everything else was ready to use

Helpful staff, secure parking, even with SUV no problem to enter, comfortable bed, mini flat with everything you need, would book it again and can recommend it! Unfortunately didn’t used the free sauna and massage, but it was possible to get one even without booking weeks in advance
