We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Whole one wall of the room was from glass with stunning view of Brno. Included breakfast were in quite high quality. Not as much optioms but way enough and everything was exceptionally tasty. Whole hotel is themed as musicants hotel. There are often events concertz etc there. But in that case ear plugs are in the room and hotel is warning you about it a head of the time.

Czech RepublicWi-fi does not cover well all room areas. AC sometimes makes strange water bubbling sounds. Not enough towel hangers in the bathroom, no jacket hangers at the entrance, and no full-size mirror.
Overall, the room and the facilities were good and clean. The rooms are not large, but they are spacious enough for an overnight stay. Very good breakfast and friendly staff.

Breakfast is great with a lot of options. It is easy to reach the old town from the hotel by tram. There are two supermarkets and some restaurants nearby. The room was clean and brand new.
