Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaIf you’re someone who likes to occasionally cook your own meals while travelling, the kitchenette was not well stocked for this. Low on cooking supplies (such as cooking utensils and pots), stove fan and dishwasher did not work. Made meal prep somewhat of a challenge. Quantity of towels per guest was low. 1 shower towel and 1 foot towel. An extra per guest would have been appreciated.
Perfectly located, with quiet and beautiful surroundings. All main attractions within walking distance. Apartment was big and spacious, beds comfortable and clean. Wifi included and two bathrooms was a big plus. Easily accessed from train station. Would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit this beautiful city but must be able to climb stairs. Elevators mainly for luggage transfer, not mobile friendly. Luggage storage options pre arrival/departure facilitated travel times and needs.

United KingdomEverything was great. Would have been nice to not have to pay for the luggage storage but I do think it was reasonably priced and very secure. Also, they don't clean your room during your stay but that wasn't a problem for us.
Location was amazing, very central and easy to get to everything. No night time noise either. Very accessible with codes to get through each door and to your room. The room was large, clean and comfortable.

United StatesThose booking here have to understand this is an apartment, not a hotel room. There is no food on the premises and no maid service. There is an office and we found a woman there one morning. But if you arrive after hours, you're on your own. There's nobody on site to provide help. Clear instructions are provided. Even so, can be confusing on the first try to get the code right. We encountered two different parties who had trouble getting in.
The location was ideal. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and adequately appointed (except perhaps for towels, which have to be reused throughout our stay.

CanadaThe shower surround on the tub did not work well. It tended to open and let water pour on the floor. Nice to haves…Kleenex, and maybe some paper towel in the kitchen.
Location is fabulous and walking distance to all the major sights. Although this is a contactless registration, the staff provided clear instructions through Booking.com. They provide a paid luggage storage right beside the apartment, which is very handy. Our one bedroom apartment was very spacious and well appointed. The bed was comfortable but the hyda-bed was just so-so. Having said that, does a comfortable hyda-bed even exist? We appreciated the supply of coffee, tea and sugar for our stay. We also used their private transfer from the airport which was 35EUR/800CZR in cash. Driver texted us upon arrival to advise where to meet him. It all worked perfectly. Honestly, the only two places we needed cash was for the transfer and at the market. Everywhere else took card or tap. There are also several good restaurants in the same block as the hotel. Plenty to choose from. We loved Prague!

United Arab EmiratesWe booked the apartment with the terrace. Two problems. One, no elevator to this floor. So you have to take the elevator to a floor below and drag your luggage upstairs. Second, while the view form the small windows was the old town, the terrace had absolute no view at all. It felt like we were surrounded by rubble from the adjacent buildings.
The location is excellent. The apartment is spacious and has almost everything one can think of. Staff is no where to be seen. UT in fact they are really in the building next door but we discovered that in the last day. They are accommodating and let's us stay till noon. There is a big king bed I believe and may be 3 other single beds and a full kitchen and dining table. It's very spacious.

United StatesIt was hard to find even in the day using Google Maps. You have to go down a hallway to find it.
It’s a large space with a full kitchen, comfortable bed, and large windows.

United StatesAdvertised as sound proof but could hear a lot in the hallway. There is a washer hookup. Would have appreciated this after a two week trip. The pictures showed different apartment so would have been good to know which one. Bedroom was smaller than the picture but still functional.
Fantastic location!!! Apartment had a lot of space. Basic necessities in the kitchen. Appreciated the tea and coffee. Has an elevator!

United KingdomAir conditioning unit in the big bedroom rattled very noisily every 3 or 4 minutes. It was impossible to have on when trying to sleep. Which, on one very hot night made for an uncomfortable sleep (The unit was fine for first 10 mins of being on, then the rattle started with a vengeance!). Also WiFi did not reach the main bedroom, this was very frustrating.
Great location, very clean, very comfortable, good facilities. Only two problems- see below.

United KingdomFood is very expensive but enjoyed my meal at Hardrock cafe
The hotel was fantastic, great apartment with everything you need, even had dishwasher and microwave, iron etc, amazing location within walking distance to everything, found the cheapest bars to drink in , Hardrock cafe is great food does happy hour everyday between 5-7pm but you have to sit inside, Annie's bar next door is great too drinks are very reasonable, the museum of illusion is right opposite the hotel on the corner, would recommend this , also visited the sex museum it was just ok, Charles bridge is great lots of history and great views, the architecture is fantastic, one tip if you want to go to top of the astronomical clock it's half price if you buy your ticket before 10am, overall well worth visiting I did four days but three would if been plenty, there's lots to do and see.

IraqWe ran out of coffee pods, but they supplied it an hour later after we called them. Wifi was bit slow in the back bedroom, it would be helpful if they installed a booster for the wifi router.
Apartment clean and spacious and central location. Availability of the lift was helpful after long day walking around the city, over all very good value for money. In addition responses from the property manager if they were any issues.
