    Lovely garden and all the equipments and fully equipped kitchen

    Everything was great we had a very pleasant stay It was very modern and spacious

    The location was ok quite decent i have to say the garden was nice as well comfortable for grilling and having fun in it.

    We were about to give this villa a 8-10 rating before the incident on the last day. when we first entered the villa, we were given a whole book worth of instructions, where it told us to sort out paper, plastic and glass separately due to recycling. the lady also told us to sort out food wastes into the composter in the backyard. we also paid a deposit of 150eur that was meant to be given back to us after our stay. now i am gonna be honest we didnt uphold the trash sorting entirely, but we tried our best in the end to get it right. that was entirely our fault and is more than fair. what pissed me off was that on the last day when we were checking out, the lady refused to give us our deposit because we supposedly didnt sort out the trash properly. the problem being that we threw aluminum cans into the general waste. she asked us to sort it out by hand, like what? we paid 2000eur for our stay only to be forced to sort out trash by hand to get our deposit back. absolutely humiliating, embarrassing and unacceptable. after we pointed out in the friendliest way possible that we were never told to sort out aluminum and that we are refusing to do it, she started getting defensive, telling us to stop joking with her, saying we never saw recycling for aluminum - which i personally actually havent. after a bit of commotion we decided to finally sort it out, because we werent about to leave the 150eur deposit to them. after that she referred us to where there are trash containers for aluminum. so we went there, but there were none. there was only plastic and paper. now where were we meant to leave that trash since we couldnt take it back to the villa? either way, i do not understand what youre meant to use that trash can for, since you cant put paper, plastic, glass, aluminum, and food wastes into it. What we also didnt appricate was the manager of the house invited themselfs inside without any heads up no warnings.

    We are very sorry for the misunderstanding of the house rules that apply in our accommodation. We inform guests of the basic rules before arrival, at the latest on the day of arrival, there is also information in printed form stored in the accommodation facility, which the guest can look into at any time. The containers for sorted waste are marked. If they are full, it is possible to leave the bags in a designated place on the property or take them directly to the containers located about 30 m from the house. We are aware of the importance of environmental protection and appreciate guests who have the same attitude. In this case, it was indeed all unsorted waste in an amount corresponding to the length of stay and the number of people accommodated. Since the guests ultimately agreed, it was not necessary to request compensation for the costs associated with the disposal of unsorted waste. In addition, the payment for these costs never reaches the full amount of the deposit. The house manager comes to the house exclusively during the check-in and check-out of guests at the agreed time. We hope that your review is influenced by a rush of fresh emotions and that with time you will evaluate your stay in a more favorable light, and will maintain your favor with us in the future.

    Big house, everything was there. The dishes, towels, grill, garden. We loved the house.

    The owner of this house couldn’t speak english AT ALL. We only speak russian, english, lithuanian. We tried to communicate to her with translate but she only talked in her own language. It was very difficult to ask anything. However when we texted through booking as we understood we talked with a different lady who can speak english. Well it was a little mess.

    Guests receive detailed instructions before arriving at the accommodation, further questions are answered online practically immediately with a minimal time delay, this is an extra service that we provide free of charge. We answered questions such as where is the doorbell before entering the house, how do you insert tablets into the slot in dishwasher or how do you operate the external blind. The demand for the editing key to control several world languages ​​is too high. The guest did not follow the house rules (unauthorized handling of equipment).

    Beautiful house with lots of space and a BBQ in the garden. I really liked the amenities we had everything we needed and the host was always available to answer any questions we had.

    There is a lovely jacuzzi in the shared bathroom, however it can't be filled to the top and meant that it was impractical

    The Jacuzzi can be filled up to the top row of nozzles. Filling to the brim is not possible because the water jets would spill the water outside the tub. During their stay, the guests did not complain that they were missing something or that the beds were uncomfortable, we would like to accommodate them. On the contrary, they sent a message that everything was great. We allowed guests a late check-out free of charge.

    Contrary to what is portrayed in the ad, the landlady speaks zero English whatsoever. This made check in and check out very tense and frustrating and many of the features of the house were missed, such as the rolling exterior shutters to keep light out. Many of the fixtures in the house were broken or badly worn. Eg shower mixer, door handles. The washing machine is very small and impractical for anything more than socks and undies. As a result we needed to go to a nearby laundrette to get our washing done. There were cats on the property that were not mentioned. Sadly I am allergic to cats. the cats are kept outside so this was not such an issue. We were asked to feed them however. We needed to pay for both the accommodation and the security deposit in cash, which was the first time we needed to do anything like this using booking.com This led to a problem on checkout where the landlady said that we had damaged the vegetable crisper drawer in the bottom of the fridge. We didn’t even use that particular drawer and some of our money was withheld as a result. With no way to communicate we had little recourse. Lastly, it’s a mission to get into central Prague from here. it involves bus train combo or bus change bus. Not quiet the chilled out time we were hoping for.

    I communicated with the guest in English through messages on the booking.com platform. The host also communicated, he answered immediately. The guests broke the vegetable drawer in the refrigerator. Cleaning is carried out after each guest, including the cleaning of the refrigerator, it is impossible for it to be damaged. We charged him a symbolic amount of CZK 100. Regarding the blinds, the guest asked himself - I answered him via booking messages that they are installed and how to turn them on. The equipment in the house is not damaged or broken, these claims are false and purposeful. The display in the photos corresponds to reality. The washing machine is smaller, it is enough to wash the laundry, it is not automatic, but the purpose of the guests' stay is not to wash a large amount of laundry. The guest didn't ask either, I would provide this. He also asked me if he could feed cats, not that he was allergic. Cats do not belong in the house, they are animals that move outside and cannot be prevented from entering the property. We state payment in cash in our terms and conditions, the guest should have known this in advance. I warned him in writing about the payment in cash twice, he did not object to it. The guest did not follow the house rules, they moved around the house in their shoes outside, there was corresponding garbage in the house, and they left the door open, which was pointed out to me by phone by the gentleman who comes to read the status of the water meter. The connection to the city is as stated in the description of the offer, it is not a connection by train and bus, but by bus and metro, the journey takes about 35-45 minutes from the doorstep of the house. I have a photo of the broken drawer and the mess in the dishwasher.
