There is no elevator which was fine but I did not see prior to booking. Parking is space available and not always right by the hotel, so I would call to book this early. You check in at the hotel around the corner. No bad, just would have to like to know this before booking. Would still totally recommend.

The location was great. You can walk to the Charles Bridge in a few minutes to old town in about 20 minutes. Family room was spacious and breakfast was great.

My room was on the first floor, the curtains wouldn’t close. The street light shown through my room at night. It would be nice to have curtains that closed.

Beautiful mix of historic and contemporary. The staff were incredible, helpful, friendly, and hospitable. Breakfast was exceptional!! Comfortable beds, and in a great part of the city. Everything just a stroll away.

We asked for a room with a double bed but had a room with two single beds. Not a massive issues though as the beds were very comfortable.

Fantastic breakfast buffet in the downstairs cave-like restaurant. Loved the area, you really are in the middle - everywhere is walking distance.

Sometimes the coffee machine was a bit slow at breakfast but the staff were able to fix it quickly

I had Room 1 which is ground floor less than 2 meters from the hotel entrance. It had no real soundproofing and as travelers arrives pretty anytime, I was glad I had earplug because it’s very noisy. On top of that, I had to keep the curtains closed otherwise anybody could see inside ! I’m not sure that room is fit to receive guest honestly.

The room was warm and very confortable. It was spacious too and the bathroom was great. For a single room it was great. The staff were really nice. It was at walking distance of pretty much everything you’d want to do in Prague.

Location was excellent just a short 5 minute walk from Charles bridge which takes you across to the old town. Lesser town is a very nice area with enough bars and restaurants but not rowdy. Checking in was very smooth with Alena on reception being very efficient and cheerful. Our room was on the top floor so bear in mind if you have mobility issues as there is no lift. The breakfast was superb, with a mix of hot and cold foods and drinks, even Prosecco! We had a late flight home so they offered to store our luggage at their sister hotel the Three Storks about 30 metres away. All in all very pleased to recommend this hotel.

My only recommendation is for different type of pillows. For example i sleep with hard and high pillow. But every pillow in the room was soft and low. To put one over another isnt good enough decision.

Excellent breakfast. Hotel situated close to Charles Bridge, so very central, Everything within easy walking distance. Room was comfortable and very clean and cleaned each day. Would stay here again.

Stayed more than once and it is always the same pleasant experience. Great location - very quiet, 5min walking distance to tram, underground metro station and the Charles Bridge - one of the main sights of the city. The staff (reception desk, breakfast room, cleaning ladies) - they were all very VERY nice.

Even with the radiators set to the off position it was rather warm in the bedrooms of our suite for sleep. (We like very cool rooms). It would have been nice to have a lighter blanket instead of the quilt. We opened windows, but because of the wind couldn't keep them open for very long.

Breakfast was fabulous! Lots of choices. Loved the buffet style which allowed us to enjoy an excellent breakfast but still leave for activities. Front desk was very responsive. Mattresses very comfortable and loved the separate bedding for the blankets so spouse and I didn't fight over covers. Great location close to Charles Bridge and Prague Castle.

The woman at the front desk was unfriendly. Normally this would not bother me, but the rest of the staff were phenomenal so it stood out.

Amazing hotel. Clean, well situated, beautifully decorated and amazing breakfast. Already suggested this place to several friends. Already want to go back here!
