The staff at the front desk was late in the morning and we needed to print a train tickets. This caused huge problems. The room had a view of a stone wall, the building had been carved into the hillside but the front ones would have a street view

The breakfast was good and the location was too,

No parking available despite hotel's claim there was. No parking anywhere in downtown Karlovy Vary. Park outside town and take a cab or bus.

Perfect location right in the middle of shopping and the spas. Beautiful apartment with lots of room and quiet.

This is a small but really nice hotel. The room is quite big and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The location is quite central however in a very quiet small street. The staff was really nice and accommodating.

I did not like the location. The lift.

The staffs are helpful, but the location is not very good, besides you had better to use the lift. It is a bit dangerous.

Noise, noise from everywhere, the elevator is extremely loud, you can hear noise from the hallway, from the neighbours, even the fuse box made an annoying humming noise in our last day. The floor was dirty/dusty when we got there, was still dirty after the housekeeping went through. The hallway and entrance look creepy and our room's door didn't looked that strong, a small push would have break it.

The location was good, the room was cozy and nice, nicely decorated, staff and breakfast was allright. I Ioved the bathroom, it looks really nice and shiny, great shower cabin.

The staircase was pooly lighted, it was dark on most levels.

There are no extras on the hotel, but the service was quick. The breakfeast was nice and plenty.

Hotel amenities are limited. Shampoo and body lotion only. I expected teeth blush and teeth paste or corm. The room took a lot Moreno time to get warm. Had to wait to get warm in cold room. Was a bit tough.

We liked about a huge room with one bed room, and living room. The sheets were fancy with flower patterns, but looked nice. Staffs were all kind and nice. If they could speak English, that would be perfect.

Soundproof between rooms is not good, believe it's because of building itself. My neighbors were very intelligent people, so no crazy noise or party.

Hotel is very nice. The building is old, but rooms are renovated. Everything is super clean and tidy. Breakfast is delicious. Home made. Location is great. Next to famous Pupp hotel.

No reception at ground floor and nothing to indicate where it is. have to sit in the breakfast room for a while waiting for someone to tell us where to go. some knowledge of English would have been good as well as a sign indicating where and how to check in .

The lift is very old and in need of renovation. It didn´t feel very safe. The reception is open only until 5 p.m. so after the hotel made an error I had to spent one night in a room that was much inferior to the room I have booked (and paid). Next morning the problem was promptly solved, although the hotel didn´t offer any compensation.

The location next to Grandhotel Pupp. The renovated rooms are very nice - just make sure you get them when you booked them.

The interior in some rooms are quite old which is expected in a low budget hotel.

Jana, the manager, along with rest of the staff, is always very accommodating. The breakfast is simple but good and also great for vegetarians.

Very tasty and diverse breakfast daily, friendly staff, clean, a stone's throw away from hotel Pupp and the cable car to view the city from above. Well equipped as well, and brings a good ROI.

The room has never been cleaned during 3 days but probably we should have asked for cleaning... So, it is rather a good B&B than a 3-star hotel.

Helpful staff and administration. Perfect location in the luxury resort part of Karlovy Vary.
