The inside was a bit worn down. It was clean but the carpets and tables had seen better days.

The location was perfect for getting out and enjoying the city.

The toilet didn't smell so great but luckily was separate from the bath and shower room. The desk in our room had seen better days. The children's single beds were quite hard and the kids didn't sleep that well. The tea and coffee supplies hadn't been restocked so we had to go and ask for coffee at reception. Minor quibbles though.

The room was clean, with slightly odd but likeable decor that makes you feel like you're on a cruise ship from the 90s. The staff were helpful and gave us permission to park in the private car park (for a charge) because our car was too tall to fit into the nearby multi storey car park. The shower and bath facilities were great. The double bed was very comfy. Checkout is at 12:00 which is nice if you don't want to rush. The hotel is well placed near to the centre of town, the main train station and therefore a huge variety of shops.

the minimum things not on place. Like tooth kit and tissues. It's been asked from the staff but they have only one kit where we are 4 people. And toilet and shower is not inter connected. It's little difficulty for the people who need water after the toilet.

The breakfast was, I thought expensive, at 19 euro. There was plenty of choice though, both hot and cold. I didn't see any ameanities at night, food or bar, there was beer and wine in the fridge in reception.

Nice large room, sleeps 4 if required, comfy bed. Very quiet at night. Good location, near the buis station and railway station. A just short walk to the town too. I'd stay at this hotel again, everything was nice a clean and tidy.

The doors of the bathroom are very strange and not exactly practical and showering is also very loud, as they don't shut entirely.

Great location, literally at the station. The bed was very comfortable, the room is very quiet with the windows shut and very clean. The personnel was very nice, friendly and helpful. And the price was very good too. I totally recommend it!

Very clean, comfortable beds, big bath tub n shower, mini bar and complimentary coffee. Perfect location infront of the central train station. We arrived late at night and were given free late check out. Very convenient for families with children.

There was a door to the next room for suite rental that was not very soundproof. Door was locked but guests in that case room were noisy quite late.

Family suite was well designed and comfortable with good beds and plenty of space.

At this price in Hamburg, you can only live in a narrow hostel like a youth hostel, but here you have a huge bathtub, a small kitchen and a separate bathroom, and two comfortable beds.

Greeted by a superb member of staff, girl with spectacles. Very helpful and welcoming. Large suite yes it’s dated but did the job. Amazing location. Real fast was outstanding. More 4/5 star. Would stay again.
