Nothing relevant, but prevented me to assign a 9. I met 7/8 different people at the reception/breakfast. One half of them was welcoming and kind. The other half was rude and disappointing. Finally, worse places gave me one bottle of water per day for free. In a place like this one, where there is no air conditioning, one bottle of water in a 3-night stay looks like a cheap move.

24/24 reception. Good position to reach by public transports. Quiet room. Rich breakfast. Clean. Recommended.

I did reservation at that hotel, because of the opportunity of cancelation even at arrival day (we were coming by train from a neighboring country). Initially I was surprised there was no air condition in the room, although we arrived there in one of hottest days (15th of Aug.) in the room the temperature was comfortable, anyway in the room there was a fan available. It took us 15-20min walking from main train station, and near the hotel there is bus stop with 'quick' connection to old town of Dresden. A wide selection of breakfast products also influences a positive opinion.

Very basic installation. No Air Conditioning (though standing fan provided in the room). No fridge. Looks like more like a hostel.

No fridge in the room,. Also the description on booking.com said it was in the Altstadt. Google gave the walk time to tourist information (on the Altmarkt) as 30 minutes, to give you an idea of how much of an exaggeration that was. 9+09

Location isn't so central for getting around Dresden, but it is directly located on a night bus route.

The parking entrance was tiny for SUV (RAV4), be careful.

The only issue was the internet, I stayed in the hotel for 13 days in total (6days then extended another 7 days) during my stay, every Friday afternoon to next Monday morning the WiFi didn’t work on my phone and laptop and I had to use my mobile data, I was in Room 522 and I don’t know if others had the same issue or not

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, heating system was good, staff were super nice and friendly, breakfast was really good, the area was quite, there is a LIDL very close to the hotel and also an ALDI is in walking distance (around 10 minutes)

The walls are really thin and you could hear people speaking like they are in your room and we couldn't sleep so well because of the noise.

It's a really big apartment, comfortable bads and close to the bus station and city centre (around 15 minutes).

During the remote self check-in procedure I was transferred to a third party web site in order to fill in my personal info and my credit card data. I was hesitant about credit card and I skipped that step. It was not mandatory, you can use your card to pay on site when you arrive.

Very clean. The staff speaks English very well. Breakfast was good. On-line check in procedure was interesting. If you are traveling for business, you can fill in all the info. Invoice will be waiting for you when you arrive.

Walking distance from the Main rail station & City center. Clean and well equipped. Staff was very helpful. 24x7 reception is a big plus for me since a lot of times I arrive late in the evenings.
