Very helpful staff, even though the checkin was at 15.00 they helped us to leave our bags at the location at 09.00 and then called us at 12.00 to let us know that the room is ready and we can check-in. Thank you for that once again, it really meant a lot!

The stairway of the building is not clean. There was no sound proofing between the bathroom and sleeping room. I would have loved to be able to make coffee in the room.

The shower was great - always hot water. Check in was easy and convenient to be able to arrive late. The pull out couch in our room was ready and made up for our kids. The room was cosy and clean. The building felt safe.

Both the kitchenette and bathroom were not very clean and quite dusty. There is only one key, and the entrance went straight to the street, which was a surprise.

The location was very nice, and the check in and out went very smoothly. The space was nice, and although the layout was a little quirky, it worked well and the space felt large. The beds are large and comfortable, and the living area is well laid out.

Could do with refresh of the pillows or additional....there was only one each and they weren't the best in terms of support.

Room was great. Was no mention of iron in any listing or reviews but there is one which is great. Bed was a good size and comfortable enough, bathroom was a really good size and the shower was excellent. Small table and chairs came in handy and the location was great. We primarily used public transport and it was a 2 min walk to the nearest tram stop and it took less than 10 mins to get to Alexanderplatz from there. Plenty of small coffee shops and eateries nearby and there's both an Aldi and a Netto within a short walk too.

Very little privacy. The shower was in the middle of the sitting and bedroom. There were no doors separating these rooms - even though it says 2 bedroom apartment? For 6 people including teenage children not ideal. The kitchen area was in the bedroom (very strange layout). The old tiled floor had no rugs. We also found a broken bottle top on the floor and cigarette filter on arrival.

Great location. Huge TV. Little nooks and for a hotel room very different (not an apartment as advertised) kids liked the loft (however was very low - only 8yr old could stand up). Beds were very comfortable.

The wooden floor was squaeking on some spots and the mattress would already need replacement.

The room was really big and spacious, also the bathroom was huge and comfortable. I especially liked that it was equipped with a tub. Everything was super clean and the water heater and selection of tee and coffe was also a great help to start the days.

It got warm at night. We had a fan the first couple of nights but then it was removed from the room. We opened the windows but it noisy outside as the road is busy.

Good size room, very clean. It had a hair dryer and a good shower. Bed was comfy and we slept well. Very close to the M4 tram stop to get to Alexanderplatz.

The clothing hanger was loose, the shower had no door to close it off (water going on the floor), the rain shower head wasn’t working evenly
