Not all but some of the laundry didn't smell quite right, as if the machine is overdue cleaning. The drainage in the swimming pool area needs improvement - I found it inconvenient to use the changing room.

The room is really spacious, and well equipped. Considering its central location, it is surprisingly quiet day and night. And I enjoyed the swimming pool very much.

the furniture is worn to the point I could not sit on the sofa as the cushions were sunken down. I had to ask for the room safe to be repaired and the living room tv remote was replaced twice in 3 days and the blackout curtains were hanging loosely not connected to the rods

We paid a city tax which was included in the total price paid via Booking.com, but then when we came to check out they charged us for a "Tourist" tax which had never been mentioned anywhere prior to this. If there was such a thing they should have mentioned it when we checked in, especially considering we had paid in advance via booking.com.

It was a bit of a walk from the train station, but well worth it as it was away from the hustle and bustle and close to the museums, Romerberg and other sights (all within walking distance). Our apartment has a nice view of the river and the Stadel Museum across the river. The apartment is spacious and the good sized bathroom also had a washing machine. There is a small supermarket a block away which has everything you need. We would definitely stay here if visiting Frankfurt again.

Few power points and those that were available were located in spots not easy to reach. No possibility to charge appliances via USB ports, which would be the best option especially when travelling, when sometimes one does not have all the necessary power point adaptors.

Convenient location, comfortable suite, large bathroom with washing machine and drier, helpful staff (all services, from reception to cleaning, everybody was wonderful), two TV sets (one in the sitting room, one in the bedroom), well equipped kitchen. The swimming pool was great. Plenty of locations for eating and shopping nearby.

The pillows are too soft and low. If you like harder pillows you will then need to bring your own. They charge city tax for small children. ☹️

The hotel seemed understaffed. Our shower needed to be re-caulked as it was black and moldy in many spots of the shower. The sauna was out of order which was disappointing and it looked like a leak in the women’s change room as the floor was flooded. The chairs they have in the pool area aren’t great when you have young children as they aren’t sturdy. There was a dirty sponge and brush in our kitchen for dishes and a dirty knife in our dishwasher.

The location was central to the main train station and close walking distance to the stores and restaurants. The staff were very kind and quick to answer our requests. The room was spacious for our family.

Had to continually ask or go to reception to have things replenished in the room, even after requesting as we left each day.

The room was large and comfortable, washing machine was handy, it had everything we needed, good shower and easy parking. Location was an easy walk to old town and museums.

After normal business hours, it was difficult to find a good restaurant. We accidentally walked into a dangerous area close to the train station, although we did find a delicious Persian restaurant there. Travelers should be aware of this area and avoid it.

The hotel was centrally located and close to the Christmas Market as well as the train station. The room, interior halls and reception were lovely and modern. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Great location - easy walk to the Hauptbahnhof and old town. Cosy bed and nice hot shower with decent water pressure. Kitchenette had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cannot comment on gym, pool or breakfast.
