The sauna was not working properly so we did not get to use it, the pool was also very cold. The TV set up was extremely poor, the TV's were not compatible with our phones so we couldn't watch any movies.

I can't really complain about anything, the hotel was great for what we needed it for.

The staff are so helpful and attentive in the hotel and all work tirelessly to accommodate any request. We were traveling as a family of 4 with 2 kids and our balcony door wouldn't close. The team upgraded us from a one bedroom to a two bedroom suite without an issue and were so helpful with moving us. The pool and gym are great - I'm a runner and the treadmill was exactly what I needed. The kids loved the pool (slightly cold but still swimmable). The kitchenette is fully equipped and there is a mini supermarket a block away where you can buy all basics. And a bottle of Chardonnay is €3! Bargain!

There is no shampoo and conditioner provided in the room, only one-for-all gel. But this is a really minor stuff :P

I like that Apartment has a kitchen annex. It really helps with longer stay. Location is perfect - it's close to the city center and to the "fun" part of the city. it has a nice bakery and Netto next door. I really love access to pool and the gym!

The rooms where on the same floor, but not very close to each other. The rooms and especially the hallway smelled like cigarettes. The smell in the room disappeared after airing out the room. It wasn't possible to cast from our phones to the tv's in the room, because the system didn't support casting from iPhones. We ended up watching the handball match on several small phones. The wellness area left some for the imagination. the pool was to the cold side, and we expecting maybe a hot tub or something, when it said spa and wellness area. The sauna was also closed, due to renovation. The whole wellness area was a little disappointing.

The rooms were nice and clean. It had most of the facilities needed for a trip like this. The frontdesk personel was super friendly and welcoming, and did their best to help us get the best out of our stay.

The rooms are big enough for a family and comfortable. The hotel is very clean. The pool was unfortunately closed due to a fire in the sauna.

Unfortunately the pool area was unavailable. The hotel did pay for a taxi to their sister hotel which was a good compromise. The room was generally too hot, would have liked a way to turn down the heating.

Communication through the app was not the same vibe/efficiency as when we were talking in person. Also, we assumed they will not clean our room, if we arrive with a dog, but they did. This should be more explicit! Most dogs could feel threatened by a stranger entering to clean!

They gave us super nice vegan breakfast after we requested in person. We really felt welcome with out diet. They were also very flexible with check-out times and generally everything we asked for. :)

Parking is a bit expensive and the fitness room could have used some more / larger weights.

Close to the center, spacious rooms, nice design, comfortable beds. Easy check in, well equipped kitchen. Nice thick curtains on the windows, to allow sleeping in. Easy to access by public transport. The sauna and wellness area were really nice. There are a lot of grat restaurants in the neighborhood (eg: Mesetas, Nomi) and two supermarkets just around the corner.

The swimming pool could be a little bigger.

The hotel is located in a calm area within easy reach of many places and city centre. The room is spacious and had the facilities that we were looking for like kitchenette, washing machine. It was well connected with public transport and getting taxi was also easy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Quite expensive, especially 40 euros per day for a parking space in the garage seems a bit too much.

Excellent location in a quiet area close to the historic centre and river landings, very friendly and helpful staff and 24/7 reception service. Fully equipped rooms with kitchen facilities, washing machine and dryer. Comfortable bedding. Sauna and pool for relaxing on a rainy afternoon.

Fact that their bar is closed was quite a bother, could only get drinks at the lobby bar which expectedly doesn't have a wide range of beverages to choose from.

Location is perfect, the hotel was super clean and the staff were very supportive 👌...strongly recommend this hotel.

Great location near port, Elbphilharmonie, park, history museum, grocery stores, cafe. The lap pool is very nice and so is the sauna. Very comfy suite. And the reception staff are brilliant.
