Few things that might be handled better: 1. ID Photo Request: Hotel demanded a photo of my ID, threatening to cancel my reservation otherwise. I was uncomfortable providing a picture of my documents due to privacy concerns. 2. Kitchenette Amenities: Since the room has a kitchenette, it would be helpful to include a cutting board and a coffee maker (any type: moka, filter, or simple Turkish coffee pot).

Location is a bit dull on a industrial estate but clean and comfortable rooms, good beds. Just a good option for a good shower and a good nite sleeo. There are no services like food available but if you have a car you will find some options.

The room was overall nicely cleaned, however under the bed it was visibly dirty, with a few objects left in there by previous guests. This was unfortunate, but not a huge mistake in an otherwise nice room.

The towels were too small! We were only given hand towels and as there were no staff on site when we arrived we couldn't sort this out.

Kitchen facilities in the room were excellent and the whole place was spotless. The self service check in was quick and easy. Parking right outside the room was really handy too.

Maybe a sponge, brush and dishwasher to wash the dishes would make it better. I did not need to prepare any food this time, but if I wanted to stay for a few days, I would definitely want to use and wash the dishes. And maybe oil and salt and a few other spices. They do not cost much, but it is hard to buy every time or to bring everywhere when traveling.

Since it was only a 10 min walk from the office, location is perfect. Also the instructions to get into the room for the first and for the subsequent times were easy to follow. The bathroom was big and clean and the bed comfortable. All in all, very good.

Incredibly comfortable, clean and with everything that we needed (kitchen appliances). I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again. Communication with the hotel were SUPER, we received codes to access the door via email and SMS, everything worked perfectly!

Poor water drainage in the shower cause flooding of the bathroom.

Nice hotel for a night or two. Automated Check-in process is a big plus. Comfortable bed and good room equipment. It was warm although a frozen night outside. Would recommend!

I didn’t like the way the customer service helped us. I called before arrival, because I had not yet received the code and the form was not working. And she was very rude and tried to get rid of me fast. I also think it would be nice to have a possibility to lock the door on the inside. And extra set of towels. I didn’t like that you cant turn off the light in the bathroom yourself, also it went off when I was in the shower. There was a bit of noise of the people downstairs, you can hear everything quite well.

The bed was comfy, the shower was nice and new with soap. Very nice to have a fridge and a little stove to boil our eggs in the morning. Close to Winterberg, 30 minutes drive. It was a nice and spacious room. Parking right in front of the door and easy to find. Check in beforehand was at first confusing because the form didn’t load, but in the end quite easy.
