Nice clean hotel with friendly staff

Everything was smooth.

This is a cute and boutique hotel with very comfortable rooms and bed. Breakfast was good too (German). Staff were very friendly, and it just gives good vibe. its a small place but we loved our stay there. Also tram station just opposite to the hotel which makes it very easy to go to city center or other places.

The breakfast was rather decent and the breakfast area is rather small and you have the feeling you are having breakfast with family - everbody who comes in says good morning :)

I liked the cleanilines and the pretty centrally location close to the Rhein river.

regarding the hygiene, i didnt feel it was the cleanest, the curtains and the furniture was a little old, so therefore i "felt" it wasn't clean, you can bring your own hygiene and just quickly wipe the chair and table.

I was there for my exam in the Ärztekammer and here is my experience The receptionist on 23.07.2023 was the best receptionist ever, she was so freindly and she had really helped me with a smile, she was from Kosovo if i recall correctly. As promised they handed me a kettle on request, and they allowed me to put my food in their refrigirator and also heated up my food for me. due to a personal and very important reason, they allowed me to check in early and check in a little later than usual. the breakfast was good enough. the bathroom was good enough, it has a BATH, which was awesome for me. the bed was really good, and honeslty i felt really comfortable overall in the hotel, one of the main reasons was the receptionist on the 23rd, so a big THANK YOU to you.

Price was insane due to the event. The ventilator in the bathroom sounded like a helicopter all night. I realized that you just need to keep the bathroom light off for an hour before bed then it wont make sound anymore. Overall still okay.

Good location, easy access from the main station with the Ubahn (15min). The room was small, but I had a quiet, comfortable night of sleep. The breakfast buffet is simple but good. I would stay here again.

1. Breakfast is not good. Very uncomfortable small breakfast room, no music, you can hear everyone champing and discussing their own business, there are no place for all guests, it is not signed in which pot there is coffee and in which tea, i am not sure if they were tea at all. No choice of tea. Also, the pots are empty and no one cares to fill them. Advice for the hotel : Buy at least a coffee mashine (if you offer breakfast), which is placed in the kitchen. Advice for travellers: Don't reserve a breakfast there. Outside you can found perfect cozy cafes with good service and food. 2. when I returned to pick up my suitcase, the doors of the hotel were closed (at 14 o'clock) and no one opened it for a long time, thank God the cleaning lady was there and eventually opened the door. It was my intermediate stop and taxi driver was waiting all that time when I tried to pick up my luggage.

The breakfast is suitable for vegetarians, but not for vegans. It would be nice if they added peanut butter to there breakfast options for example.

Hotel Aleksandra had comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. In total, I stayed there for 8 nights throughout June 2022 for business trips and was very satisfied.
