Our room was upgraded free of charge which made our stay even more comfortable given we were traveling with a baby.

Room was nice, but curtains unable to be closed. Also extra bed was not ready, which was booked by us. Other side of the story is that hotel management did a fair compensation for these omissions. So will come back when it suits us...

The main areas of the hotel need to be updated. You only receive on actual key per room which is not ideal when each person is wanting to do different activities.

All the rooms had been renovated and updated. The buffet breakfast was very good. The pool and spa area was lovely.

Schliersee is a picture postcard, peaceful and serenely beautiful lake in the Bavarian Alps. The Karma hotel & apartments are located in a peaceful spot with great parking, a few minutes drive to the centre of Schliersee for access to the stunning lake. Spa & pool were perfect for cloudy days. The staff were super kind & friendly. The discount card for parking & the strandbad/ beach was great. The apartments were cosy and the kitchenette was well equipped, although the hotels buffet breakfast was substantial & there is also a restaurant. Great spot for family with kids & car.

Nice location, slept in apartment 1 room with sleeping sofa. Food at restaurant was very good and breakfast was excelent. Facilities had an very nice swiming pool, quiet big and very clean. Staff was very helpful and very nice. Nice outdor area.

A minor point would be more options for vegan/vegetarians as well as gluten free products for the breakfast and dinner menu.

The staff was very kind, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty but there was not many options for people with food restrictions (e.g. vegan or gluten free products). The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was good and accessible even for us using public transportation. The facility is pleasant with indoor wellness and game room. I had a really great time with my family there and I definitely recommend.

Had to go outside to get to pool. Quite cold and with children that makes things a lot more complicated. We got a suite but it was a bit small considering how much we paid. Was off-season and the hotel was next to empty, so they could bring prices down. But it is a very nice hotel. The final night we were there the internet and phone stopped working for some reason. Didn't really bother us, just a small annoyance cuz we were leaving.

Staff were helpful and polite. Food at the restaurant was good. Pool was lovely. Bowling too. Kids had a great time! They let us extend our checkout time which helped A LOT with timing naps for the kids. 👍🏻

We came because of a spa weekend which unfortunately was not possible since the spa facilities were out of order. The alternative was not given until check out, which was really frustrating.

The facilities were in poor condition. Billiard table without proper billiard sticks. A bowling alley that looked like the Flintstones. Advertised as Spa but no massages or treatments offered.Definitely not 4 star.

I had an unpleasant encounter when we registered with a lot of unexpected paperwork. Our room were on opposite sides of the resort, despite asking for them to be close together, no-one took the time to tell me that wouldn't be possible. The communal spaces are shabby, outdated carpet, odd lobby space. The items listed on the website marketing for Christmas did not happen. There were not songs, a bonfire, seating around a fire, and gifts for the children. I definitely felt mislead about that. Also, there was a persistent high pitched whistle/squeal in our bedroom wall from about midnight to 6 or 7 AM every night we were there. I asked maintenance to look into it. Nothing happened. It was very hard to sleep.

The rooms were spacious and the food and restaurants were well staffed.
