Very spacious room. Good choices for breakfast and a nice coxy restaurant. We shared a 2-person meal and it was delicious. Very close to both castles and the museum. Literally walking distance. Apparently they also supply bus passes but we didn't request one.

Although the breakfast is very rich and varied, I tasted a creamy cheese with some spices and I felt bad for two days. I cannot firmly say that it is because of the quality of the cheese, but I felt a strange taste while eating and I'm quite sure it was the cause of my illness.

Very nice hotel and rooms. The location is great, right near the ticket center for the castle. The hotel has a very large terrace to enjoy a cold beer, an indoor restaurant and a souvenir shop. The room has a big and confortable bed, a closet, tv and a very nice balcony with chairs and table to admire the beautiful surroundings. Parking available for guests.

Everything was great. Very welcoming receptionist, easy parking, super room (with a room and real bed for the kids), splendid view on the castle, water in the room. Great restaurant in the hotel for the evening and splendid breakfast. In a word waouh!

It ended up no problem throughout night while sleeping, but heater took a while to heat up room.

Nice and comfortable setting, newly renovated facilities, friendly staff members(professional services. A male staff at check-in was really nice.) and super clean room! Also castle view was plus!! Restaurant foods were amazing!!! This was the very first time we ever ate great German foods. (Luca was our server. I wish I remember everybody’s name but ladies at breakfast time were also nice and helpful.) Thank you all of staff members at Alpenstuben. I will come back if I have a chance again!

Location is perfect for enjoying the view of the Neuschweinstein Castle and visit the area. Very convenient with a nice restaurant inside, a Biergarten and the ticket center right next door.

Good comfortable room, very close walking distance from Neuschwanstein Castle, also close to the main city centre. Friendly staff and good breakfast included. Dinner was also delicious here.

The place was so very cosy and comfortable. It’s very accessible to the two castles. The staff in the restaurant were so friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious. We really had wonderful moments during our stay. Thank you.

Would have enjoyed a hot water kettle in the room. All the tourists walk straight past the hotel so it’s super busy outside.
