It felt uncomfortable in a safety way. The walls were quite thin and as a solo woman traveler, it didn’t feel safe.

Basic but clean as described, we took it for 1 night on road trip. Easy check in. What we expected.

Ground floor was under renovation during my visit, and it was not clear which doors are the entry in to the hotel. Bathrooms are quite small.

The location of the hotel is in the city center. There are many restaurants, bakeries, bars nearby. The hotel has the underground parking for guests. This is very important in this part of the city, because parking on the streets is paid. On the top floor there is a comfy patio and terrace.

The rooms themselves are on the small side, and one of the bathrooms was so tiny, it didn't have any place to hang up wet towels (other than over the shower door). If you plan to spend most of your days out and about, though, it's fine.

It is a bit out of the center of the city, but conveniently located to public transit. Good options for breakfast are just down the street. (The hotel isn't serving food anymore.) We had a car, but it stayed mostly in the garage at the hotel. Parking there is tight but manageable. Our family was split into two rooms, and management put us into two rooms at the end of a separate little hallway, which worked out very well. Also, there is a nice terrace on the top floor.

No breakfast available. Room not very quiet out to the street. No wifi code supplied upon arrival. Reception empty at all times (you had yo call them on the phone and then they were quite reactive).

Good geographical location in city center of Stuttgart Feuerback. Big fridge for guest on same floor. Room was simple but clean. When we asked for a smaller cushion, it was supplied immediately. Free parking was pretty full, but we found a spot for our little van.

Check in was little confusing, we got other room that was reserved and at the beginning we were looking for the wrong room number.

Reception is not always available. Rooms were quite hot and not much ventilation. We had booked 3 rooms and only one room came with a balcony(which was a bit of relief).

The location was quite, Stores, places to eat and bar just on the street. Close to train stations so travel was easy. The staff was quite helful, Farook was easy to deal with and understanding.

Lack of AC and breakfast.

It was basically as advertised. The room was very nice and ready, bathroom clean and properly equipped. There was also a free bottled water which was a very nice welcome since the weather was around 29°C. For the given price, I have no general complaint. I’ve read other reviews and noticed two things, the lack of staff and the AC. I to haven’t encountered any personnel on the reception desk. However, I did get a notification about a PIN number for a room key dispenser which I totally forgot. However, there was a phone number on the front desk which after I called was answered promptly, so this part I wouldn’t call a bad thing, just a bit unorthodox if anything. As far as the AC goes, I guess having it would have been a bonus, but the temperature was nice enough. We’ve left the windows open during the night, and there wasn’t much outside noise after 23:00. So our general sleep quality was quite nice.

Room doesn’t have AC in summer is too hot to sleep inside, even during the night it was like in sauna. During checkout time there was no personel in reception.

Burned carpet by cigarettes. Missing parts of tab in the bathroom. Maid was not filling in shampoo and shower gel.

Sound insulation is a disaster. Snoring in the next room and cars on the road can seriously disturb sleep. The mattress is too soft and not very comfortable

Free parking is great, but you need to get there early enough because there are only six or seven Spaces. The room is very clean.

good place close to the downtown, there is a underground parking lot, excellent! the heating is very good which make the room very warm. the shower is the type of express heating, you have hot water whenever you need.

Very bad sound isolation in the rooms, half of night we heard very loud sounds from the corridor. Very small bed for two people. It would be good if there was a refrigerator. There was only one nightstand.

Contactless check-in and check-out, there is not much parking space, but we were lucky. Was warm.
